Room not very clean, towels old and rough and folded sloppily. During the four-night stay there was no room cleaning nor any visit from the host, who had warned us about a problem with the toilet and gave us a bucket to fill in the shower to work around the issue. Breakfast consisted of few anonymous, low-quality products served in an uninviting environment.

Looking for a place for one night, I found this property in a convenient location with private parking. The room we were assigned was cool (fortunately, because in August it can be warm at night) and spacious.

We stayed for three nights and I must say we had a great time, the breakfast was good, comfortable beds, clean and familiar environment...we spent some pleasant time chatting about "VESPE d'epoca" and more, since the manager Gianluca, like myself, is passionate about it!\nShort stay, but happy to have been there; we will return at the first opportunity, maybe on a VESPA.

We stayed at this property for only one night and left early in the morning, so we couldn't taste the breakfast offered by the B&B. The location is great, close to the sea. The manager and his family are very hospitable and helpful.

Courtesy and hospitality are the flagship of this well-located facility just a few meters from the sea and the bustling heart of Alba Adriatica. Upon arrival, you breathe a familiar atmosphere that sadly leaves on the day of departure, courtesy, welcome, and cordiality frame a holiday that will last a long time. Short but pleasant stay at the Il Viale property a stone's throw from the sea and a stone's throw from the center. Family-run staff, very kind, courteous, and always very helpful for any request. We will come back to visit you with pleasure!

It is somewhat like going to family; you feel good, the managers are very kind and easygoing, they ask for and accept advice, it is family-run and you can feel that there is a lot of harmony. The structure is in a quiet area, about 150 meters from the sea. You really feel good, I recommend it and we will definitely return.
