Apartment with large outdoor space completely renovated in May 2019 and February 2021 with independent entrance about 350 meters from the beaches of Tortoreto and Alba Adriatica.
Of approximately 30m2, it has everything you need to spend a carefree time at the seaside. In addition to the essentials (dishes, crockery, towels, sheets, etc.) you will have a microwave and washing machine at your disposal.
Given the presence of the large fenced outdoor area, pet owners can rest assured.

We are Nadir and Teresa, we live in the hills and until 2018 we used the apartment as a base for the sea. Finally in May 2019 we decided to completely renovate it and rent it for the summer period.

The "Il Quadrifoglio" apartment is located approximately 350 meters from the beaches of Tortoreto Lido and Alba Adriatica.
The neighborhood is very quiet and has little traffic but with the possibility of reaching the nightlife of Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto Lido on foot in 5 minutes.
We recommend renting bikes or rickshaws, as the seafront is in fact equipped with a very long cycle path with wooden bridges that allow you to cross to other neighboring municipalities.
Embarrassed by the choice between seaside restaurants, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, markets and so on.
About 2 km away is the Onda Blu water park, one of the largest in Italy.
A few kilometers towards the hills countless villages of Val Vibrata organize parties and festivals with local gastronomic specialities.
