The B&B “Il Parco dei Pini” is situated in a warm villa facing the sea, surrounded by a large and wonderful garden with plain trees, limes, silver poplars, oleanders and roses, in addiction you can also enjoy its fresh pinewood lining the promenade.
This is the ideal place for those who like a comfortable and elegant environment for a full relaxing holiday in contact with nature without renouncing any fun that you can find in close sports centres discos and waterparks.
The beach is in front of the B&B and when you come back from the shore you are given a warm welcome by the freshness of its pinewood.
In fact its favourable position combines, in a pleasant way, the benefits of sun and sea water with a fresh and relaxing rest in a green oasis where you can breathe fresh, unpolluted air.
Breakfast is served on the terrace next to the trees or in the patio facing the garden.
In the garden you can enjoy yourself playing table tennis and table football, while for children there are other plays.

B&B Il Parco dei Pini very clean. Nice garden for those with children, close to the sea, excellent value for money. A bit out of the city center, but if you equip yourself with bicycles given the beautiful cycle paths it's the top!

Clean accommodation, very close to the sea. Not too far from the center of Giulianova. Even if they do not have internal parking, it is easy to find a place for your car. The managers were very kind and very helpful. The room was clean, very spacious with a nice balcony. Quiet place, I will definitely come back.

Although the external appearance of the structure may leave one a bit perplexed at first glance, I must say that the stay at this structure was positive. As mentioned above, the location by the sea, the spacious room assigned to me facing the sea and with a balcony, the friendliness of the managers, the proximity to the beach facilities with restaurant (DINO'S), and the free beach just a stone's throw away allowed me to enjoy a nice vacation. I recommend it.
