Description

The Cavalluccio Marino B&B is a semi-detached house with a garden that is located 200 meters from the sea, next to a bike and pedestrian path, and in front of a public park. There is a large parking lot in front of the property. The B&B offers accommodation on the first floor (accessed by stairs) in three double rooms, all with en suite bathrooms.

There is a living room/kitchenette available (only for exceptional needs, not for regular meal preparation) where a plentiful breakfast is served. Guests can use a refrigerator and a coffee machine (free of charge) and have the option of filtered water.

The Blue Double Room is equipped with a double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, balcony, and the possibility of a third bed (upon request).

The Orange double or twin room is equipped with a double bed or two single beds upon request, en suite bathroom with a shower, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a balcony.

The Green double room is equipped with a double bed, en suite bathroom with a shower, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, balcony, and the possibility of adding two beds (upon request).

Towels and linens, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer are provided for all guests.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Bicycles are available (free of charge) subject to availability.

We had a wonderful stay at Il Cavalluccio Marino in Montesilvano. The house is beautiful and full of charm, with a lovingly decorated interior that makes you feel immediately welcome. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent — just a few steps from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. There is convenient parking in front of the house, and we always found a spot. Our room was spacious, bright, and had a private balcony with flowers and a sunshade — the perfect place to work in peace surrounded by greenery. The cozy garden and the blooming bougainvillea contributed to creating a charming atmosphere. Breakfast was truly a highlight — fresh, varied, and tailored to our personal preferences. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, and their warm hospitality made the stay even more special. This B&B is truly made with heart. We would love to come back!

The B&B Cavalluccio Marino is a very clean and simple structure. The management is truly at km 0, family-friendly. The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is clean with a comfortable and large shower. The parking lot in front of the structure is convenient. The breakfast is abundant, a couple of homemade cakes, cookies, jams, spreads. The landlady prepares cappuccino and coffee, and if you want a savory breakfast, she prepares it fresh on the spot. Excellent value for money! The only note, if you have light sleep, be aware that the rooms are not very acoustically isolated from each other. For the rest, nothing to complain about. Congratulations! Ah... we are a pet-friendly facility. If you have little dogs, they are allowed and welcomed!

I felt at home here. They were always there to help with any request I made, and always with a smile. I'm from the same city and this is the best B&B in the area. It's near the beach road, there's no traffic and there are many restaurants to try.

Great bed and breakfast, located near the sea within walking distance (both private beaches and free beach). Adjacent parking to the property. But what makes the difference is the kindness and availability of the managers who make their guests feel welcomed. Absolutely recommended!

Il Cavalluccio Marino is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast, with spacious, very clean double rooms in a bright and friendly atmosphere. The kitchen can also be used for cooking; it is equipped with everything you could ask for. The B&B is located in a quiet neighborhood with the sea, restaurants, supermarkets and buses to Pescara all within less than 5 minutes walking distance. Daniela and Gianni are very nice, supportive, and charming hosts. It was a pleasure staying in their house!

It's worth staying there! Highly recommended. The B&B, very welcoming, is located in a very quiet area near the 'strada parco' and a stone's throw from the pine forest and therefore the sea. The hosts, Daniela and Gianni, are exquisite people extremely hospitable and attentive to the needs of guests... both two-legged and four-legged. The rooms are very welcoming and the breakfast is abundant (...the homemade cakes are delicious!)... the company of Daniela and Gianni is priceless. What can I say… we have returned for the third time… and we will certainly return!

Maximum availability from Daniela and Gianni to fulfill even requests outside the 'standard'. Like being at home. I highly recommend it. Abruzzo is beautiful, the family of Il Cavalluccio Marino even more!

I stayed at this property during a motorcycle tour. I was able to appreciate the hosts' ability to engage in conversations, very helpful and very kind, always attentive to the guests' needs. Gianni and his wife are excellent people, but I must make a special note about Gianni's mother, a very friendly lady from another era. I highly recommend this property for vacations. There is no parking for cars but there is the possibility for one or two motorcycles, however, there is a safe spot in front of the property. Greetings to everyone.

Hospitality, cleanliness, friendliness, welcome, care and lots of relaxation in this bed & breakfast managed with passion by Gianni and Daniela. From the beginning, you feel at home. Abundant breakfast with an added value given by homemade cakes. Sleeping very well because it is in a closed street, in front of a quiet little park with guaranteed parking. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. Strategic location also for those who want to visit the Abruzzo hinterland. We had a wonderful week!

We stayed for 2 nights at Il Cavalluccio Marino, a very cute B&B managed perfectly by Daniela and her husband. Given the situation, it is necessary to observe some small rules of attention towards oneself and others, but all in a very calm and comfortable way. The room where we stayed was truly impeccable, very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and with the possibility of using a small terrace for breakfast in the morning since (as in all accommodation facilities) it is not possible to linger in common areas. Possibility of parking nearby, relatively close to the sea (a 10-minute walk) and a playground for children right in front of the B&B complete the "package" perfectly. We will be back!

I was looking for a room in a place located in a quiet setting. The structure is at the end of a closed street adjacent to a bike path, silence is guaranteed especially at night. It is also a 5-minute walk from the beach, both equipped and free. The owners are friendly and very kind, it was a pleasure to return to the room. Very clean room, equipped with TV and air conditioning with a large balcony. My wife and I were thrilled with our choice. Highly recommended.

The structure is new and very well maintained and furnished. The friendliness and availability of the managers is of the highest level. The breakfast prepared and served at the moment is abundant and of excellent quality. Every need during the stay is supported by the presence of various options among appliances and accessories as well as by the care and presence of the owners. We have used the attic apartment twice and find it superb for the quality/price ratio.
