Description

The B&B "Gli Scoiattoli" is surrounded by a large private garden, just a five-minute walk from the historic center of Rocca di Mezzo.

It offers its guests free Wi-Fi internet connection.

Independent entrance with free and flexible access.

The Bed & Breakfast offers four rooms (2 doubles, 2 twins), two bathrooms, a breakfast room, and a garden.

The rooms, on the second floor, are quiet, bright, spacious, and well-furnished, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, heating, and bath linen.

Each bathroom is for the exclusive use of the guest who books a room (double and/or twin) and is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Our guests can enjoy their continental breakfast in the large and bright ground floor room, and relax in the garden where it is often possible to spot squirrels and many other species of birds, both resident and migratory.

During certain periods, only by prior arrangement with the manager, it is possible to use the kitchenette and dining area located on the guest floor. Minimum period: 2 days. Additional cost: 15.00 euros per day. Final cleaning fee: 15.00 euros.

Wonderful experience at B&B Gli Scoiattoli. We were two couples of friends and stayed there for a weekend in two separate suites on the same floor, each with its own bathroom. The whole floor was reserved for us so it felt very private, like being at home. The owners were extremely kind and the place is charming, cared for down to the smallest details. Excellent location and beautiful view. Great breakfast. We will definitely return soon.

The house is a beautiful mountain home, on the edge of the village but very centrally located. The room is spacious and quiet. The bathroom was not in the room but was still for exclusive use; there were no other guests. The hosts are very kind, welcoming and helpful.

Everything was perfect, except for the breakfast, which was very minimal with industrial products. If I may give a suggestion, perhaps enrich the breakfast with homemade products, not necessarily made by the owners, but maybe from the local area. There are possibilities around here. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome, the location adjacent to the woods, the greenery surrounding it, and the very warm and well-kept structure with a huge fireplace and everything in style. We stayed in a very clean, quiet, and well-heated room on the second floor. Really everything was perfect and the owners a very welcoming and kind couple! Thank you for the fantastic stay in Rocca di Mezzo.

Lovely location and structure, the manager and his wife are truly nice and kind people, they make you feel at home. The room and bathroom are very clean. Breakfast is definitely above the standard of a Bed and Breakfast. It's a shame we didn't stay one more day to enjoy the well-kept and welcoming inner garden. A place I highly recommend.

Three days with family. How best to review our stay at the bed and breakfast 'Gli Scoiattoli'. Mauro, the owner, welcomed us and pampered us like old friends he hadn't seen in years. The spacious and clean room, as well as the bathroom, the very beautiful structure in a forest 300 meters from the town center, and the breakfast make this B&B a place to come back to for a good time.

The B&B 'Gli Scoiattoli' is a charming place. We really liked it for the structure, for the garden covered by a blanket of white snow but above all for the company of Giuliana and Mauro, a really nice and very hospitable couple and why not also for the excellent and abundant breakfast. For those who go there, we recommend it because we are sure they will like it!
