Description
The Elisir B&B is a bed and breakfast located in the center of Pescara, on Umberto I Street, a few steps away from the nearby Piazza Salotto (Rinascita Square), the central station, and 100 meters from the sea.

Our bed and breakfast in Pescara, near the sea and station, is the ideal solution for those who want to stay in a welcoming and well-kept environment, to be remembered and recommended, with the comforts of a hotel accompanied by a warm "homey" atmosphere.

The rooms are all different, connected by the guiding thread of the elixir intended as a spirited drink made from flowers, aromatic herbs, spices, and fruits that characterize it and are all present in our territory, such as saffron, vanilla, and iris.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 10 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 9 to 8 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 7 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 5:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 11 do not pay municipal tax

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00

Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM

I had a great stay at the Elisir B&B! Pescara was a great surprise for me, I didn't know what to expect and had heard a lot of different stories, but I loved it. Also I felt right at home in the Elisir B&B.

Very kind and helpful manager. I was able to check in early, as the room was available. The property is located in the center, on the main street full of various shops between the station and the sea. The station is really 3-4 minutes walk away, without effort. In the area there are bars, restaurants, and places to eat. The single bed room is not large, but it's fine for one person. The bed is comfortable, with a fairly firm mattress, just right for me. The pillow is very comfortable. The room was pleasantly warm. In the bathroom, there is an electric heater/towel warmer. There is no bidet, but for one night like I stayed, it wasn't a problem. There is a separate room for breakfast, with the possibility to leave things in the fridge, on your own shelf (one per room). Breakfast is plentiful, with various types of pastries, yogurt, tea, coffee.

B&B Elisir located on the main street Corso Umberto I. The bed and breakfast is very nice and welcoming, the room has everything that is essential, very clean, the welcome was peaceful, I really had a nice weekend. I recommend it.

We are very pleased with the stay. The room was very clean, cleaned daily. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. The view from the Vagnilla room is on the main street, but the windows are solid and you can't hear any noise when closed. The location is perfect, close to the sea, the train station, and many restaurants and shops. Gaia, our host, answered all questions quickly and was very nice. For breakfast, there were sweet cookies, coffee, tea, juices every day. I recommend this place! If I come to Pescara again, I will definitely come back to this B&B.
