The person in charge of the facility is Maria Grazia, assisted by her husband Antonio and their son Lucas.

She is a simple person who enjoys chatting and takes care to make her guests feel comfortable in a familiar environment without being intrusive.

She is passionate about her mountains and has a keen interest in botany.

She has a certification as a Medium Mountain Guide and can therefore provide information on hiking trails, the ethology of animals living in the Park, as well as the history and traditions of the area.

She collaborates with the Park Authority in environmental education programs for school children. In the photo, you can see her in the foreground with her friend Simona on an excursion to the Hermitage of San Bartolomeo in Maiella.

Our town is a small mountain village, with 2500 inhabitants.

The B&B is located in a newly built area, along the Sangro river.

Just cross a little bridge and we are 50m away from the parish church and the historic center.

Our location allows you to leave the car and move around on foot, enjoying a certain tranquility, especially during the peak tourist season.

Just a few steps away from us, there are the entrances to two trails, the A1 and A9, which lead to one of the wildest and most fascinating areas of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park.

Mrs. Maria Grazia is truly an exceptional host, kind and attentive. The breakfast with homemade pastries is excellent and plentiful. The only drawback is the stairs to access the upper floors, which are not suitable for people with mobility disabilities.

Excellent location, tucked away near the river but just a few minutes' walk from the center. Congratulations on the family management that makes you feel right at home and also for the delicious breakfast that includes sweets and cakes made directly by the owner. We stayed at this Bed and Breakfast, just a short walk from the center, for 4 nights from December 29th to January 2nd in room number 1 on the first floor out of two. The room was small with rustic and essential furnishings, the double bed was quite uncomfortable being composed of two single beds with three worn and heavy blankets stacked on top of each other. The bathroom was very small with a shower without a box, but with a curtain that tended to stick to the skin due to steam and water. The hairdryer I had requested was changed the next day without explanations with an outdated and malfunctioning one. Breakfast, served with makeshift cups and jugs, consisted of tea, coffee, milk on request, rusks, single portions of jam/honey/chocolate, a prepackaged croissant heated on the spot, all of poor quality, and a homemade sweet (the only positive note). The buffet was complemented by two bottles of yoga-type fruit juices. In the room, every kind of noise could be heard, not only due to the type of structure but above all because the owners were unable to manage some rude and noisy guests, so we were abruptly woken up by shouts and noise every morning around 7:30. Last but not least, on New Year's Day, after the cleaning, the owner seems to have left the door of my room open, and upon returning to the room around lunchtime, I found the guest of room number 5 sleeping on my bed. Waking up suddenly and in an obvious state of confusion, he justified himself by saying he thought he was in his room upstairs. Shocked by the surreal situation, I immediately called the owner, who could only apologize and change the linens. Despite the owner being a kind person and the room being very clean, my experience was not positive at all; finding a stranger in your room among your personal belongings was a very serious episode.
