The city center is about 10 km away, while nearby you can easily reach the Regional Hospital, the university campuses of Coppito and Roio, the Non-Commissioned Officers School of the Guardia di Finanza, the airport, and several shopping centers. The location is also perfect for mountain enthusiasts: Campo Felice and Campo Imperatore are reachable by car in a short time. Rome and Pescara are approximately an hour away, making the accommodation a practical base for business trips, relaxation, or exploring the Abruzzo region.
