The location is also perfect for mountain enthusiasts: Campo Felice and Campo Imperatore are reachable by car in a short time. We stayed at Cuor di Campagna for three nights and had a very good experience. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well organized, and we particularly appreciated the care with which many small amenities were provided, including numerous single-use bathroom products. A special thanks to Maria Rita, who proved to be a host of truly rare kindness. She was extremely attentive to our needs and, above all, to our numerous food intolerances, paying great attention to breakfast and making us feel welcomed and cared for. Breakfast is abundant and varied, and we greatly appreciated the willingness and care shown in accommodating our needs. The value for money is also excellent, especially considering the space and hospitality received. The location also proved very strategic for visiting several of the main attractions in the area: we used it as a base to explore the L'Aquila area and the Gran Sasso, and it proved to be a very convenient choice. In short, a stay we feel comfortable recommending: comfortable accommodation, great availability and above all sincere and attentive hospitality. Thanks again to Maria Rita for making us feel at home.
