Decent place with a nice host but a bit pricey; direct booking was more expensive than on Booking.com. Also, the description says the minibar is included, which is not true. They only replace the water bottle.

Absolutely positive experience. The room is large, spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. The bathroom has a double sink and a spacious shower. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff, very kind and helpful! Breakfast is not served on site but in a dream pastry shop just a few steps from the B&B. Highly recommended for me!

Unfortunately, I was unable to stay at this property because the night before our arrival they informed me that they had a technical issue and the room reserved for us was not usable. Alessio was very kind and professional, booking a room of equal level and price in another nearby property himself. I greatly appreciated the transparency and professionalism.

Brand new structure and manager (Alessio) of absolute kindness and availability. He went out of his way to help me enjoy a great breakfast despite my lactose intolerance. The cleaning staff is also very kind, really nice and professional ladies. I will definitely return to this beautiful structure as soon as I have the opportunity to do so. Wonderful, we were pampered from start to finish. The room was large with two en-suite bathrooms, two small terraces, comfortable beds and pillows of exceptional material. What can I say, never been in a better Bed and Breakfast! Everything is designed to the smallest detail, from the room with Netflix and minibar to the wonderful breakfast in the morning. Modern, clean, tidy, and welcoming. Alessio is kind and helpful, he welcomed us making us feel at home immediately. Without a doubt, if I had to come back nearby, I'll know where to go!
