I was particularly satisfied with the structure both because it is all new and furnished with taste in a modern style, and for the size of the rooms and the strategic location in the center and the proximity to the station (10 minutes on foot). The only comment is about breakfast. You will find a wide range from fruit to brioches, but packaged, not fresh. However, this allows you to have breakfast at any time in the morning (convenient for me as I left at 5.30). A plus that I appreciated is the presence of brioches for celiacs. I had not made the notification to the structure and finding them was a pleasant attention towards their guests. I give the highest marks.

La nostra colazione così come da normativa non prevede la somministrazione di prodotti freschi ma solo di quelli confezionati, ci fa dunque piacere che la nostra ampia scelta ed attenzione anche verso le intolleranze abbia pienamente soddisfatto le sue aspettative. Nice and well-finished room. Excellent central location. Private parking for a fee. Big flaw in the breakfast, commercial snacks and all self-service, looking for various things in the kitchen, for the price paid (discount aside) more should be offered, maybe a deal with the bar below the property.

Structure located in the center of Pescara in a great location. Nice and clean room but very uncomfortable mattress that interferes with sleep. Breakfast is really too poor. The owner is a friendly and welcoming person but unfortunately not very present in the structure. It should be noted that the parking space is paid separately even if not specified. (The parking cost is mostly not negligible). Overall, a structure with excellent potential not yet fully exploited.

Non concordiamo invece la sua riflessione sulla nostra colazione che offre una ricchissima scelta tra dolce e salato con un angolo dedicato anche alle intolleranze! La nostra presenza in struttura è sempre molto costante durante la giornata, certamente come potrà immaginare più nelle ore mattutine, durante le quali voi giustamente non siete stati presenti perchè impegnati in una bellissima escursione anche da me suggerita. Ci dispiace che abbia potuto pensare che il posto auto (privato e recintato in pieno centro città) possa essere gratuito (non è scritto da nessuna parte che sia gratuito ma è scritto possibilità di parcheggio) e incluso nella tariffa davvero molto competitiva che offriamo! Per rincuorarla le posso assicurare che lasciando l'auto per strada avrebbe quasi speso di più non godendo della stessa comodità e tranquillità!
