The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (in both the bedroom and the living room), Wi-Fi, and appliances (fridge-freezer, digital TV, washing machine, oven). Casa Silvia is located on the second floor, accessible by elevator, and has a reinforced door.

Parking is not included with the property. It is possible to park nearby and in the surrounding streets in unguarded public parking areas. The public parking areas are both free (white lines) and paid (blue lines - from MON to SAT; from 8:00 to 20:00; €5 daily cost).

The apartment is a stone's throw away from the historic center of Pescara. In the immediate vicinity, you will find some important museums of the city: the Museum of the Nineteenth Century, Gabriele d'Annunzio's Birthplace, the Museum of the People of Abruzzo, the Mediamuseum, and the Civic Museum of Basilio Cascella.
