B & B Casa Milà, home of thè 700 completely renovated in the historic center of Pretoro just 10 km from the Ski Resort Passolanciano Majelletta, and 20 km from the sea, with rooms equipped with every service.

The structure and 'been furnished with care, maintaining the original style, using natural materials of the area, such as stone Majella, and wrought iron, design for green tourism and soustainibility.

The rooms enjoy views of one of the most 'beautiful in Italy. Look at the horizon the Adriatic Sea, from the heights ddella Majella. Touch the sky with a finger in a pristine landscape.

In summer, guests can have breakfast outside the structure under a gazebo in the square.

Since Covid we have changed the breakfast rules. Guests will serve themselves.

In the winter season breakfast is not available, or rather a coffee and cappuccino machine with pods and a range of packaged snacks are available: guests can always serve themselves during the day but eat in the room.

Tutto sommato ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene Pretoro un paese di montagna da visitare.

We stayed for two nights. B&B Casa Milà is located on the square in Pretoro, where we always found parking. The welcome was warm and informal. The room had a beautiful view towards the sea and was very clean. Patrizia's dining tips in Pretoro were valuable, as were the breakfasts she personally prepares with care. The surroundings are breathtaking, to be visited by nature lovers, but Pretoro itself is also worth it for its charm and history.

Hospitality and courtesy, we stayed for only one night but we had a great time. Mrs. Patrizia welcomed us in the best way and pampered us for breakfast, enjoyed outside with a panoramic view.

Ho alloggiato al B&B Casa Milà di Pretoro durante il Cammino di San Tommaso, da Roma a Ortona, e fin dai contatti telefonici mi sono reso conto della qualità della gestione. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, con il benvenuto e l'invito ad un ristoro che per me, arrivato a piedi, è stato una manna, con biscotti e thè, che mi hanno rinfrancato. La Casa di Milà è davvero particolare, con la sua architettura su più piani e dai colori ridenti. La camera assegnatami è bella, discretamente ampia con arredi ben tenuti, il letto comodo e una finestra con bella vista a est. Bagno con doccia pulitissimo e buona dotazione asciugamani. Anche la colazione, servita in un sorprendente locale ricavato nella roccia al livello inferiore della Casa, è stata ricca e varia con dolci e prodotti di qualità. Buon prezzo per un'ottimo riposo con tanta originalità e tanti consigli per godere appieno dell'ottimo soggiorno in Pretoro. Senz'altro da consigliare.

La mia esperienza al b&b Casa Milà è stata molto positiva. Confortevole e arredato con gusto e 'tanti libri', il b&b è gestito da Patrizia con precisione e sensibilità. La colazione è ricca e non convenzionale, con offerta di ottime torte, e anche di salumi e formaggi. Il b&b, posizionato in una piazzetta con magnifico panorama nel cuore del centro storico di Pretoro, offre l'occasione per calarsi nella quieta atmosfera del paese ai piedi della Maiella, un buon punto di partenza per escursioni e gite sulla 'grande montagna'.

Sono diversi anni che andiamo al B&B ma non riusciamo a dare un giudizio sul ristorante in quanto anche quest'anno era chiuso..un vero peccato poiché è incantevole!!! Torneremo il prossimo anno....
