B & B Casa Milà, home of thè 700 completely renovated in the historic center of Pretoro just 10 km from the Ski Resort Passolanciano Majelletta, and 20 km from the sea, with rooms equipped with every service.

The structure and 'been furnished with care, maintaining the original style, using natural materials of the area, such as stone Majella, and wrought iron, design for green tourism and soustainibility.

The rooms enjoy views of one of the most 'beautiful in Italy. Look at the horizon the Adriatic Sea, from the heights ddella Majella. Touch the sky with a finger in a pristine landscape.

In summer, guests can have breakfast outside the structure under a gazebo in the square.

Since Covid we have changed the breakfast rules. Guests will serve themselves.

In the winter season breakfast is not available, or rather a coffee and cappuccino machine with pods and a range of packaged snacks are available: guests can always serve themselves during the day but eat in the room.

Casa Milà is a beautiful structure located in a panoramic and strategic position, ideal for those looking to explore the Maiella. The house is taken care of in every detail, with numerous books and handcrafted objects that enrich the rooms and the hall, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Patrizia, the owner, is a thoughtful and friendly host who knows how to make every visitor feel at home. The village where the property is located is a real gem: there is a strong sense of community here, which is now rare, especially if you come from more chaotic and sprawling areas, like the one I come from. I met very kind and helpful people. On the last day, thanks to Maurizio, a local guide from Pretoro, I discovered a little-known path right behind the B&B that leads to a small river: a pleasant surprise. Another valuable presence is the minimarket located right below the structure, which with its delicious snacks often refreshed me after excursions and saved my day when I returned hungry in the evening. I highly recommend visiting the Wolf Museum and the wildlife area, as well as the Art Museum featuring the works of Mastro Tonino. While in Pretoro, I purchased souvenirs and local specialties: a perfect way to take home a memory of the area. The structure is about ten minutes from the slopes. Cleanliness and attention to detail are paramount. We had a great time thanks to the hospitality and kindness of the owner. The breakfast in the small room was excellent and the vintage setting takes you back in time. We will definitely return!

Our hostess, Patrizia, was very flexible. Our arrival turned out to be late, and she still met us to make sure all was well. Pretoro is in an incredible location; views from the property were stunning. Driving there was a little challenging, but I think our car navigation took us on a tough route. Even though our time at B&B Casa Milà was short, we hope to return when we are not on a schedule.

We spent one night in this establishment during our trip to discover the beauties of Abruzzo. This beautiful establishment is located at the beginning of the historic center of the village, very easy to reach and excellent as a starting point to visit the village and its surroundings. The lady who hosted us is very kind. Rooms are well-kept and spotless. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful.

Located in the center of Pretoro, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a short distance from Passo Lanciano, the Blockhaus, Guardiagrele, Pennapiedimonte and other places from which to start wonderful treks on the Majelletta. Patrizia has thought of everything, with extreme care: from water bottles to books to guides to restaurant recommendations, in this B&B Casa Milà you will not miss anything. Coffee, biscuits, yogurt, and more are always available to guests. Excellent and abundant breakfast. We had a great time, we recommend it and hope to return.

We stayed for two nights. B&B Casa Milà is located on the square in Pretoro, where we always found parking. The welcome was warm and informal. The room had a beautiful view towards the sea and was very clean. Patrizia's dining tips in Pretoro were valuable, as were the breakfasts she personally prepares with care. The surroundings are breathtaking, to be visited by nature lovers, but Pretoro itself is also worth it for its charm and history.

I stayed at the B&B Casa Milà in Pretoro during the Way of St. Thomas, from Rome to Ortona, and from the telephone contacts I realized the quality of the management. The welcome was excellent, with the welcome and the invitation to a refreshment that for me, arriving on foot, was a godsend, with biscuits and tea, which refreshed me. Casa Milà is truly unique, with its multi-floor architecture and bright colors. The room assigned to me is beautiful, discreetly spacious with well-kept furnishings, a comfortable bed, and a window with a beautiful east view. The bathroom with shower was spotlessly clean and well equipped with towels. Even the breakfast, served in a surprising room carved into the rock on the lower level of the house, was rich and varied with quality pastries and products. Good price for an excellent rest with lots of originality and many tips to fully enjoy the great stay in Pretoro. Definitely recommended.

The breakfast is rich and unconventional, offering excellent cakes, as well as cold cuts and cheeses. Located in a small square with a magnificent view in the heart of the historic center of Pretoro, the B&B offers the opportunity to immerse oneself in the quiet atmosphere of the village at the foot of the Maiella, a good starting point for excursions and trips to the 'great mountain'.

Really a great choice, I think of returning especially for the great availability, courtesy and hospitality of the managers. The structure is very clean and nice with a stunning panoramic view.

We have been going to B&B Casa Milà for several years, but we are unable to give a judgment on the restaurant as it was closed again this year. It is a real shame because it is enchanting! We will return next year.
