Elegant house built in 1870's recently renovated in the centre of the town.

Two guest rooms with private bathroom,air conditioner,tv,free wi-fi. Beautiful period furniture.

Elegant and practical environment (I was especially fascinated by the library!), very clean and fresh with a welcoming hostess who spoiled us with delicious treats in the abundant breakfast. We promised to come back because you can't avoid it. Giovanna and truppa.

Three friends and I stayed overnight for one night, taking 2 rooms. Kind welcome from the lady owner, clean and well-furnished rooms, excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, one of the rooms overlooks the Adriatic highway right above a traffic light, very busy even at night, we had serious difficulty sleeping. Furthermore, the window of the other room overlooks an inner courtyard where a strong smell of fried food coming from the underlying restaurant dominated. In essence, the structure is well-furnished and well managed by the owner but it is located in an unfortunate position.

I stayed for just one night, arriving in the afternoon and leaving the next morning after breakfast. The house is old, beautiful, and well-maintained. The perfect accommodation for our needs; we were two couples of friends and we were assigned two nice rooms with an attached kitchen. Basically a small apartment at our disposal. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, also providing us with useful addresses to solve a temporary health problem of my wife. Also very nice the environment where the daughter served us a rich and good breakfast. In summary, a nice accommodation in the heart of Roseto, managed with kindness and competence, in an environment also rich in interesting references to the family's history.

"Staying in a building that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, I live with my family. You will find in the large hall old books and magazines", this is the message that you find at the entrance next to the bin with flyers, tourist maps, etc. This is the sheet that sets the rules of behavior and that surprised me for its particular beginning. You are in an ancient building from the mid-nineteenth century, and looking around the house, you will see the typical structure with high ceilings and some original furnishings and others that try not to betray the origins and history of this house. During breakfast in the hall, you will wonder "where is the granny who tells you stories or the story?" looking at the armchair and the rocking chair. An immersion in the past well evoked by the arrangement of furnishings and objects, by the presence of books, and by some details of the old ceiling paint, surrounded by the new color of the walls.

The B&B is located in a beautiful position, in the center of Roseto degli Abruzzi and very close to the beach. The rooms and the structure are really beautiful, furnished with care in every small detail. The owner is very kind and always available to give advice on where to go visit, and/or to answer other curiosities. The rooms, even if they have the same cost, are different from each other: one has the internal bathroom, the other does not. Also, the one without the internal bathroom overlooks the street, which turns out to be quite noisy (which could be annoying for those with light sleep). Being in the center, parking is a bit complicated, but the structure offers the possibility of using a parking space about a 10-minute walk away. For those who instead reach the town by train, it is also very convenient, as the structure is no more than 3 minutes from the central station. It is definitely a highly recommended B&B: one of the best we have stayed in.

It is wonderful to stay here. The four-poster bed adds a very fine touch to the room. The managers are very kind and always available for any need.
