Welcome to our vacation home located in the art city of Chieti, in an area rich in archaeological and architectural value, with a spectacular view of the Majella, in the Semicentro district. "Ca Maja" is a structure with an elegant and meticulously designed, unique and unmistakable style.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for our guests, such as shopping at Megalò and Ikea, discovering local craftsmanship, tasting typical products through food and wine itineraries, participating in cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, as well as visiting museums and exhibition spaces.

Within a short distance from our residence, visitors will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their curiosity. Our structure is ideal for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, for business and work trips, and for romantic getaways to reconnect and rediscover each other.

We offer our guests high-quality services, such as free Wi-Fi, a heated environment, the freedom to come back at any time, free outdoor parking, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright terrace. The apartment is located on the third floor, with a garage available for a fee and serviced by an elevator.

The rooms consist of one double and one twin, complete with bed linen and towels. We can accommodate up to 4 people.

You will be welcomed and assisted by our managers, who speak Italian, English, and French.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a condominium accessible by elevator. It has an area of 90 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower and one for service. We also provide a hairdryer, towels, and an iron. The living room is equipped with a TV and there is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the Majella and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove, pots, and dishes. At the entrance of the apartment, you can request a paid garage, but there is also free parking available nearby. The south/east exposure allows you to enjoy the sun for most of the day. The holiday home is located in an area close to the historic center, about 500 meters away, on a quiet and panoramic street. Nearby there are bars, supermarkets, and a post office. The location is great for reaching the sea (Costa dei Trabocchi) and the mountains (Majella National Park), with the A14 and A24 highways just a few minutes away by car. In addition, golf courses (Miglianico and Adriatico), Abruzzo airport, and the tourist port of Pescara are easily reachable.
