The room was very beautiful and comfortable! The spiral staircase is a bit narrow, but overall it is a nice structure! The owner was available and attentive to our needs! The only drawback was the breakfast: we chose to have it in a bar they collaborate with and the staff was not very kind and was hasty.

Structure in a beautiful location, good and abundant breakfast. The rest needs to be reviewed, especially the access via a spiral staircase, the condition of the premises we used, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, non-closable door of the anteroom, unusable air conditioner, empty soap dispensers in the shower. The images on the website did not correspond to what was assigned to us.

What can I say? Wonderful B&B, very welcoming place, quiet, comfortable bed, large bathroom with XL shower, breakfast, even in the room, truly sumptuous, with also hot sandwiches, hot croissant, juice, milk, coffee, various cookies, jams... etc. The view from the veranda on the first floor is truly enchanting with a glimpse of the river below but, above all, of the beautiful historic center. Really a beautiful surprise. Congratulations.

Excellent hospitality, very kind Mrs. Ivanka, as well as the son. The BellaVista property, despite the crisis due to the pandemic, is investing in the structure, a sign of love and passion for their work. I am sure that in the near future there will be further improvements. Excellent breakfast.

We spent two days in the suite, equipped with a whirlpool and a view of the town. The managers were very kind and the place was very clean, with daily linen change. The only flaw was breakfast, a piece of advice: enhance local products.

The owners are super helpful and easygoing. The room is very cozy with a large bathroom. The view is spectacular. Plus, it's just a stone's throw from the thermal baths and the town center. Highly recommended.

Having overcome some difficulties in reaching the property due to complex road conditions, we found excellent hospitality staying in well-kept and comfortable rooms. There is no breakfast room and so breakfast is served in the room, but with the nice weather you can sit under the porch and it is the best solution also to share the moment with friends. It is an excellent strategic solution for visiting many places in Abruzzo.
