Well-served B&B area. Excellent location near the Le Naiadi sports center for those who need to compete (swimming), the sea is a short walk away, about 15 minutes on foot. Available parking inside the building. Excellent room with all amenities. The property is very kind, helpful, and attentive to requests. Varied and plentiful breakfast, with super Muffins always different and fresh. Very good value for money. We recommend it!

We had a great time, the owners are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast prepared by Marisa is really excellent, the location of the property is excellent for any need, we felt at home. Definitely recommended, we hope to return as soon as possible!

Stay for one night really perfect in the north area of Pescara. Quiet room, silent at night and equipped with all the comforts worthy of a great B&B. My friend and I chatted with the owner Marisa and her husband, we felt at home, we slept very well in the double room, finding a good compromise between price and service quality. Nothing to complain about. Super breakfast with Marisa's sweets. It left us a nice memory of the structure, highly recommended.

Ottima posizione e facile da raggiungere. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile, facendoci trovare anche dei buonissimi muffin fatti in casa per colazione. Stanza accogliente e pulita. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

E’ stato facile raggiungere il B&B dalla stazione, ci sono voluti circa 10 minuti.
Io e il mio compagno abbiamo alloggiato nella camera con le pareti arancioni; camera molto accogliente e che abbiamo gradito entrambi specialmente per il numero identificativo, il 22.
Siamo molto legati a questo numero e perciò sentivamo che ci saremmo trovati bene.
La realtà ha superato le nostre aspettative, ci siamo sentiti a casa sin da quando abbiamo conosciuto Marisa durante il check-in.
Ci ha offerto un buon caffè, ci ha spiegato come utilizzare il riscaldamento e poi ci ha consigliato i posti dove andare a mangiare, restando disponibile per qualsiasi altra richiesta e suggerimento.
E così è stato: disponibile ma anche tanto gentile e affettuosa.
Per noi è stata come una mamma, ci mancheranno i momenti in cui chiacchieravamo con lei durante la colazione, mentre mangiavamo i suoi dolci buonissimi, difficile dire quale fosse il migliore! Una cosa che mi è piaciuta davvero tanto è stata la possibilità di poterci fare caffè, the o tisane in qualsiasi momento, grazie alla macchinetta posta nella sala adibita per la colazione.
