Guest safety is a top priority: after the 2009 earthquake, the building was completely reconstructed with seismic insulation, providing an additional assurance for those choosing to stay. After many years spent working with young people as an English teacher, upon my retirement, I decided that the best way to maintain that connection was to transform my home into a B&B to welcome numerous guests.
This venture allows me to meet and interact with people from various nationalities; my main concern is to make everyone feel at ease by always providing courtesy, availability, and a warm welcome, ensuring that my guests have a comfortable stay.

About a ten-minute walk from Piazza Duomo, this B&B offers comfortable accommodation for those wishing to stay in L'Aquila. The apartment is clean and the common room is welcoming. Mrs. Maria Grazia suggests numerous places of interest to visit. The single room, suitable for the stay, does not have air conditioning, but in June with the windows open it was not necessary. The bathroom is impeccable with all possible amenities. The breakfast is super abundant with cakes, cookies, ferratelle, and much more prepared by Mrs. Maria, it deserves a 10 and praise. Thank you for the hospitality considering the very short notice with which I communicated my stay.
