Description

The Bed & Breakfast, opened in the beautiful spring of 2017, is centrally located in Alba Adriatica, just a few steps from the wonderful beach and close to a wide selection of restaurants and shopping centers. At our B&B, guests will have access to seven self-contained rooms on the first floor of the building.

I stayed at this property for two nights. I had a very good experience. The location was good, as were the room and the en-suite bathroom. The space was roomy and comfortable. I also appreciated the balcony, which was very spacious. For breakfast you could choose from many different types of croissants, very fresh because they were made in a bakery. There were also some cakes, truly delicious! The owners, besides being very helpful and friendly, are really wonderful people, and it was a pleasure to chat with them at breakfast. I absolutely recommend it!

Extraordinary stay, very clean, new, welcoming rooms, and equipped with every comfort. The managers, Ezio and Lina, are wonderful people, attentive to the needs of the customers but at the same time capable of making them feel at home... Like family. I can only sincerely thank Ezio and Lina for their affection and every attention towards me. You are unique and special people. I hope to return to you next year. Thank you for everything. Wonderful stay, everything went very well. The structure is very beautiful and everything is very well taken care of. It does not feel like staying in a B&B but in a hotel. Courtesy and attention to detail translate into a high level of welcome and hospitality. The owners are wonderful people. I highly recommend it.

Very positive stay: - Hosts very helpful for all requests (bicycles, space for own scooters, breakfast). - Daily room cleaning. - Very well-organized breakfast: every day you can choose pastries for the next day, variety of choices. - Excellent value for money. - Not far from the seafront (you can easily ride a bike around, the property is 700 meters from the sea anyway). Great choice.

Ideal structure for bed and breakfast, not very close to the sea but in a quiet and convenient area to reach, with parking availability. New, cozy rooms furnished with style. Breakfast not exactly self-service (the managers take care of it) but rich and abundant.

Kind and helpful owners, down-to-earth, clean and new room and bathroom, equipped with every comfort, parking available, two minutes and you reach the beach, abundant breakfast. Highly recommended.

The room was wonderful, the welcome from the managing couple of the structure, excellent cleanliness and exquisite and abundant breakfast with fabulous croissants. Infinite sympathy and cordiality of Mr. Ezio and his wife. Safe internal parking and spacious balcony overlooking the main square of Alba, Piazza del Popolo. The price is a bit high but it's worth it all.
