Description
The Bed & Breakfast, opened in the beautiful spring of 2017, is centrally located in Alba Adriatica, just a few steps from the wonderful beach and close to a wide selection of restaurants and shopping centers. At our B&B, guests will have access to seven self-contained rooms on the first floor of the building.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 4 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €5.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €8.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Clean and bright room, plentiful and satisfying breakfast, welcoming and family atmosphere. The managers are two kind people always available. Excellent structure, we have been frequenting it for years now.

Very positive stay: - Hosts very helpful for all requests (bicycles, space for own scooters, breakfast). - Daily room cleaning. - Very well-organized breakfast: every day you can choose pastries for the next day, variety of choices. - Excellent value for money. - Not far from the seafront (you can easily ride a bike around, the property is 700 meters from the sea anyway). Great choice.

Struttura ideale per pernottamento con prima colazione, non vicinissima al mare ma in zona tranquilla e comoda da raggiungere, con disponibilità di parcheggio. Camere nuove, accoglienti e arredate con stile. Colazione poco self-service (se ne occupano i gestori) ma ricca e abbondante.

Proprietari gentili e disponibili, alla mano, camera e bagno puliti e nuovi, dotati di ogni comfort, disponibilità di parcheggio, due minuti e si arriva in spiaggia, colazione abbondante. Consigliatissimo.

Stupenda la camera, l'accoglienza dei coniugi gestori della struttura, ottima la pulizia e squisita ed abbondante la colazione con cornetti favolosi. Simpatia e cordialità infinita del sig. Ezio e consorte. Parcheggio interno sicuro e balcone ampio con vista sulla piazza principale di Alba, Piazza del Popolo. Il prezzo è un po' altino ma li vale tutti.
