Description
We are located in the historical centre of Pescasseroli, in the province of L’Aquila, the historical capital of the National Park of Abruzzo- Lazio- and Molise, one of the most important protected areas of Italy.Pescasseroli is situated in the upper valley of the Sangro River, 1167m above sea level among ancient beech forests and suggestive mountains.
The urban context next to our facility is typical of mountain villages of the Abruzzi with houses in stone and brick.
At ten or so metres away there is the parish church of medieval origins. The ruins of the Mancino Castle which dominate the mountain slopes are clearly visible from the windows of some of our rooms.
The house has recently been renovated to make it comfortable and welcoming, with a private bathroom in each room. At the same time extreme care has been taken to preserve all the elements which characterized it as a middle-class dwelling of the beginning of last century; from the door and window frames, original doors to the ancient terracotta tiled floors, most of the furniture, furnishings, and paintings and photos of the period. Certain architectural elements have also been restored, such as the walls and brick and stone fireplaces.

B&B located in the center of the village, quiet and cool on summer days. The room has a small kitchenette with a small fridge. The small bathroom with a functioning shower. Salvatore very kind and extremely helpful.

Struttura molto datata, mobili antichi belli ma che rendono gli ambienti angusti e cupi.
La colazione lascia a desiderare, cosi come la pulizia e i servizi.

Struttura molto accogliente nel centro di Pescasseroli con parcheggio adiacente.
Tipica costruzione di fine ottocento, con pavimenti i cotto e legno, offre il calore di un posto antico e la presenza discreta ma sempre gentile e disponibile del proprietario. Colazione italiana ricca e di qualità.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura con mio marito e mia figlia lo scorso weekend e siamo stati benissimo. B&B centralissimo, stanza ampia e arredata con gusto, colazione abbondante e molto variegata per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Prima di ogni cosa, Salvatore, il gestore è persona disponibile, attenta e generosa. La struttura è una sorta di castello camuffato da palazzo al cui interno c'è un intreccio di scale e stanze che si snodano dal basso verso l'alto e a cui fanno da cornice mobili di vero antiquariato degli inizi del secolo scorso. Il palazzo è del tutto ristrutturato ed è molto confortevole e per niente recettivo di spifferi di freddo nelle stanze ottimamente riscaldate. Ovviamente, in una struttura di questo pregio non si possono e non si devono esigere comodità come un ascensore per il passeggino dei bambini o per le valige. La bellezza del posto fa dimenticare ogni fatica. Le stanze sono pulite giornalmente anche con il ricambio degli asciugamani. La colazione si fregia di dolci tipici locali che tutte le mattine il gestore rinnova e che sono ottimi sia per bontà che per abbondanza. Se si cerca un tranquillo rifugio nel parco nazionale d'Abruzzo, a questo B&B non manca proprio nulla.

Direi ottimo. Il proprietario Salvatore è gentilissimo, il posto è centralissimo quindi andate senza problemi.
