Welcome to Abruzzo!
Can you imagine an oasis of peace and tranquility far from the chaos of city traffic and the usual routine of big cities? This is Rosa Dalfonsina B&B! A large country farmhouse, equipped with independent mini apartments with private bathroom and kitchen.

Two of these rooms are located on the first floor and have a private terrace with a table and umbrella for summer dinners with breathtaking views of Majella.

The other two rooms are located on the ground floor and have a veranda, a large pergola, and wooden tables with benches and chairs for unforgettable feasts with friends and family.

At this property, you can enjoy benches, lounge chairs, and swings scattered throughout the spacious courtyard, as well as a convenient barbecue for roasts and grills.

The B&B offers its guests an annex with about 30 seats, a common area and the focal point of life in this lovely corner of paradise, where you will have a well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine for everyone, a stove, a fireplace, and sofas.

In the deep Abruzzese tradition, this small village has a wood corner, a chicken coop, and a vegetable garden.

The B&B is surrounded by vineyards and forests for fantastic bike rides, walks, or outings with your pet, which will perfectly blend in with the atmosphere of the place.

About 50 meters away, you will find a restaurant/pizzeria where you can taste all the local specialties (arrosticini, pork and wild boar sausages, ventricina, pasta alla chitarra with lamb sauce, and of course, roasted lamb, in addition to the endless choice of wines and liquors produced in the area).

The B&B is located in Villalfonsina (CH), a charming town with 1000 inhabitants, precisely in contrada Pallano n 10. More than in a B&B, you will find yourself in a district of cousins, aunts, and relatives where you will immediately be involved in the generous and indulgent spirit of the area, where sharing and relaxation are the order of the day.

But of course, if you want to escape the peace and excessive tranquility of this countryside house, in a 10-minute drive, you can reach the towns of Vasto and Casalbordino with their beaches (Punta Penna and Punta Aderci nature reserves), water parks (Acqualand del Vasto), and lively historic centers overflowing with pubs, wine bars, and medieval-style taverns.

Just 10 minutes from the B&B, there is also a small open-air country church, owned by the district and nestled in the surrounding forest that invades the area.

Our breakfast is a classic Italian breakfast. Every morning you will have at your disposal certification herbal teas and herbal teas, coffee, biscuits and homemade jams, biscuits, organic milk (if you prefer by arrangement) also soy, rice, oats and almond. Every morning our staff will prepare for you the typical guests Tarallucci Abruzzo made with the mixture of the set and then filled with the jam obtained from the must of wine just harvested kneaded small finely ground almonds.

The B&B Rosa Dalfonsina is the brainchild of a young boy bum deeply tied to territory). I Domenico are the grandson of Mrs. Rosa (my Rosa) has always been a great lover of travel and knowledge in the round. From these my passions is the idea to create a place where they can feel at home and you can spend days relaxing, reading and reflection. I tried to repeat what I myself always try during my wanderings around the world. A welcoming, warm, stimulating at the same time giving rein to creativity and often long days relaxing in the company of friends and people just met. This is my land and this has always been my home. You just have to try;)

Cozy, well-structured. Congratulations to Domenico for the attention to detail and objectivity. Too bad we only spent one night there and couldn't take advantage of the pool with a view of Maiella and the typical products of their own production, due to bad weather.

We stayed for one night in this splendid structure and Domenico welcomed us very well. I must say that reality has exceeded my expectations: clean room, fridge full of homemade biscuits, fresh fruit, milk biscuits and Nutella for the little ones, not to mention the bathroom, towels, shampoo and shower gel. In short, everything well served. Outside, for those who wish, you can relax by the pool or sit quietly in the middle of nature. There's even Elda the goat, the B&B's mascot. In the evening, we wanted to dine there just to not move elsewhere and I must say I was satisfied... tomato pasta with sausage and Abruzzo skewers, oil pasta for the little ones, wine, water, and homemade sweets at a reasonable price. A solid 10. We will definitely come back...

Convenient location very close to the sea, to Vasto and to numerous Abruzzese villages. Very nice mini apartment, clean, well-maintained and complete with all comforts. Perfect outdoor spaces for both adult relaxation and children's fun thanks to the games and facilities provided. The taralli (sublime!) and all the other products offered, strictly homemade, allowed us to fully savor the traditions of this splendid family and the area. Icing on the cake: a special welcome made even more special by the aperitifs and shared dinners prepared with passion by Domenico and the rest of the staff, made us feel part of a big family. An experience truly to be repeated again and again and again.

Unfortunately, we stayed at this B&B for only one day. Unfortunately, because it deserved more to fully enjoy it. The apartment is perfect, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The courtyard and the common area are really pleasant to relax but also to spend time together. Care and attention can be felt in every detail. But the most pleasant thing of all was the shared dinner (delicious!) and the company of Domenico, his genuineness, listening to the story of his family and this place. In July we stayed at the Locanda del Re and had a great time, so much so that we returned. The room had a beautiful view, you could even see the sea, it was cozy and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, managed by them, eating good first courses and an excellent pizza. The breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes, sweets, and jams. The kindness of the managers is priceless. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
