Description
The Mafi Bed & Breakfast is located in Orsogna in via Ortonese 97, 66036 Prov. of Chieti. Managed by three sisters, Laura, Carla and Valentina, the B&B was inaugurated in 2006, renovated after a few years and finally revisited in the spring of 2019 to make the rooms even more welcoming. In the B&B Mafi we offer the comfort of a hotel but in a discreet and familiar structure.
The rooms, four on the first floor, each with private bathroom and air conditioning, bear the names and colors of four flowers: Mimosa, Geranio, Orchidea and Lillá.
Partner of the B&B is "La dispensa di Mafi", which manages a nice mini apartment, with bathroom and private entrance, with the name and color "Fiordaliso", ideal for a family or a group of 4 people (it also has a cot).
Adjacent to the "Fiordaliso", a very nice modern style annex with the name and color "Margherita", also with bathroom and private entrance, suitable for 2 but also 4 people.
All rooms are equipped with WiFi and independent heating.
The linen is provided by an ISO 9000 certified laundry. In the back of the house, a suggestive porch with a sitting area to capture the relaxing atmosphere that you breathe, away from the noise and chaos, with a comfortable space used for breakfast, very useful in summer.
The veranda overlooks the garden of oleanders, olive trees and cypresses, connected to the private parking, all surrounded by a cherry laurel hedge. After the overnight stay, the best part..the breakfast, Italian or international, rich and delicious with typical products. Availability and courtesy are our motto!

The town of Orsogna is situated on a green hill at approximately 440 meters above sea level. It is an ideal location for tourism lovers who enjoy both mountain excursions and sunny beaches due to its convenient position halfway between the Adriatic coast and the Maiella mountain range. This also allows those who stay there to easily reach the main centres of the Abruzzo provinces.

Durante il Cammino di San Tommaso, da Roma ad Ortona, ho alloggiato nell'ottimo B&B Casa Mafi di Orsogna. Sono stato accolto dal signor Mariano, persona cordialissima, che mi ha mostrato, al piano superiore, la mia camera, grande, ariosa, pulitissima con arredamento datato ma in ottimo stato e il locale bagno con doccia dedicato, anche questo lindissimo. Buona la dotazione asciugamani. Anche se il B&B è affacciato alla strada, il rumore non vi penetra e quindi il sonno tranquillo è garantito. Un locale, a piano terra, con cucina attrezzata è a disposizione e la colazione, discretamente varia, viene servita in un altro locale sempre a piano terra. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo, come ottimi sono i consigli sul territorio e le cose da vedere. Consigliatissimo.
