Our large family home is named after the lights of the fishing boats "lights from the sea", which many sail across the blue Adriatic sea right in front of our structure.
Our guests can admire the sea and the wide golden beach of Roseto from the balcony of their room, filling their eyes and hearts.
We have been offering hospitality for 13 years and our commitment is to make our guests' stay at our home unforgettable. We offer three double rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free wifi service. The rooms are cleaned daily.
We provide a closed internal parking and a garage for cyclists and motorcyclists. The well-kept breakfasts, prepared with fresh and local products, are served on the large terrace facing the sea. For those who do not want to use the car and do not want to walk, we provide bicycles for free use.
The spaces offered by our home guarantee privacy and serenity for those who want to spend their vacation or a stopover at our B&B Luci àmmare.

In the picture that represents us, it's me and my husband Fernando. For 13 years, we have been welcoming guests to our grand family home. The villa was a vacation spot for a large family for many years. My husband and I are curious people who love to travel, read, ride motorcycles, and enjoy the sea by sailing. We love to share our experiences, we are inclusive, and as those who know us say: you arrive as guests and leave as friends! We look forward to welcoming you!

The owners Lucia and Nando are fantastic people, they were very accommodating with elegance. The B&B Luci a'mmare is stunning, located by the sea with an equally stunning view. The room was beautiful, clean and bright, and the breakfast was excellent. We will return!

The structure is located in an optimal position with a sea view. Very well maintained and with precious details. The added value is the human warmth, the competence, and the availability of Lucia and Fernando. Truly extraordinary.

Unfortunately, I do not speak Italian very well, but I feel the need to write a few words about our beautiful stay at B&B Luci a'mmare. The warmth and availability of the two hosts is indescribable. We really felt welcome and at home! The breakfast was designed with much love and with everything one could desire! We enjoyed the room, beautiful and very clean, the terrace with the wonderful view and its scent of flowers! Even the parking was perfect! But the best part was that we met wonderful people who opened their home to us and allowed us to be part of their lives a bit! Thank you very much.

It is the second consecutive year that we stay in this beautiful B&B and for the second time we are very happy. The villa is very well-kept, clean and very welcoming. But what makes it special is the care and passion that the owners put into managing the B&B, making guests feel at home and part of the family. Exceptional breakfasts (enjoyed by adults and children, my son couldn't wait to enjoy breakfast) with good local products, very varied and with excellent cakes prepared by Mrs. Lucia! The structure is seafront with the possibility of using the parking inside the property. Highly recommended!

Although just passing through, our stay was splendid! We really enjoyed the savory breakfast with local cold cuts and cheeses served with a delicious homemade pizza. Lucia and Ferdinando proved to be perfect hosts and brilliant conversationalists.

A lovely place a stone's throw from the sea, impeccable cleanliness and order but what makes the stay even more special are the hospitality, the friendliness, the knowledge and the passion for Abruzzo of Lucia and Fernando. Lucia's cakes are the best way to start the day and, a heartfelt advice, let her tell you about the beauties of Abruzzo. I've dubbed her the living IAT, she will tell you about the beauty of the places, the culture, the cuisine and many peculiarities of a region infinitely varied in its small dimensions. Overall the stay was well above expectations.

We spent 2 weeks at this excellent property. Mrs. Lucia and her husband Mr. Nando were always discreet and ready to provide information on the area and local cuisine. We will definitely keep their B&B in mind for a possible future holiday in Roseto. Highly recommended property.
