New enchanting structure immersed in the wonderful countryside of Teramo, surrounded by ancient olive trees. Perfect for a weekend of complete relaxation or a romantic escape. Also suitable for short business stays. We are located in a green area called Valle delle Abbazie, between the majestic peaks of Gran Sasso and the splendid beaches of the Adriatic Sea. This territory is characterized by the millennia-old presence of numerous Benedictine abbeys, charming medieval villages, and ancient paths.

We are happy to host you in our home and we are always available to ensure your stay is simply perfect. Upon your arrival you will find in your room an information brochure on what there is to visit in the surrounding area and a guide to the most popular restaurants and farmhouses in the area.

In the breakfast room, a machine is at your disposal 24 hours a day so you can independently prepare coffee, cappuccino, herbal teas, tea, barley coffee, etc.

Breakfast is a buffet and you will find juices, yogurt, cereals, croissants, biscuits, tarts etc.

Upon request, preferably with a message or at the time of booking, you can tell us if you prefer a savory breakfast.

N. B. For intolerant and/or celiac people it is advisable, always at the time of booking or the day before your arrival, to let us know so we can make specific products available.

The structure is located near the Medieval Village of Montegualtieri with its watchtower from which you can admire the entire Vomano valley. We are 15 minutes away from Teramo, 20 minutes from Roseto degli Abruzzi, 55 minutes from Prati di Tivo, and 30 minutes from the Sanctuary of San Gabriele dell'Addolorata in Isola del Gran Sasso. Don't miss the wonderful village of Montepagano, a 15-minute drive from our B&B, to admire the entire Adriatic coast.

Furthermore, a few minutes by car, you can visit the Centorame Winery and the Cerulli Spinozzi Winery. For bike enthusiasts, we have several trails in the woods just a few meters away, and you shouldn't miss the trails in the municipality of Cellino Attanasio. We always recommend, just a few kilometers from our structure along the Vomano Plain, the La Masseria dei Cavalieri equestrian center for horse riding lovers.

I stayed at La Casa di Giuliana and had a wonderful time. The property is detailed, clean and welcoming, with spaces that really make you feel at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh, quality products. A real strength is the hospitality: the hostess is kind, attentive and helpful, always ready to give useful advice about the area and to make guests feel pampered. Excellent location, quiet but convenient for reaching the main points of interest in the area. A stay I recommend to those looking for relaxation, friendliness and a homely atmosphere.
