Description

Our B&B is located on the D'Annunzio Promontory, right next to the Via Verde cycle and pedestrian path of the Costa dei Trabocchi. It offers four double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; the cozy rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer, and safe. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the magnificent terrace overlooking the sea. Guests have access to a bike storage room and a well-equipped mini-workshop.

A brand-new property, perfectly furnished and organized; we particularly appreciated the hospitality of the hosts, who live on the premises, and their willingness to answer every question about the magnificent surroundings and the famous Costa dei Trabocchi. The room was comfortable and well organized, with electrical outlets everywhere and pleasant lighting. Guests have a small fridge available to store perishable items. Breakfast deserves a special mention; the terrace where it is served is enchanting both for the view of the promontory and for the structure with a lovely pergola. The breakfast was abundant and included local bakery products that make for a great start to the day. It certainly will not be our only visit.

The place seemed immediately perfect to me, set in a calm and friendly everyday reality. The blue room was our nest for 6 days, clean and well organized. Flavio was a very attentive, friendly host and generous with advice. He was the one who indulged me by preparing my breakfast super cup, a large bowl of caffellatte to dip croissants, bocconotti, local sweets, small pizzas (I have doubts about the name but not about the taste) and savory croissants to fill with whatever you want. But the most beautiful thing was having breakfast on the terrace with a sea view and being lucky enough to eat the km 0 grapes from the pergola. And to work it off, a short, steep and fun uphill and downhill path to reach the cycle path and Turchino beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of the Trabocchi in my opinion. Small studio apartment, clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished. The bathroom, although small, is very well designed. Quiet area, you can walk to the sea without crossing busy roads. The owners are friendly and very hospitable. We hope to return.

The setting is well kept, the hosts are kind and discreetly helpful. Excellent and varied breakfast, enriched with fresh local products, served on a terrace with a sea view, topped by an incredible pergola of very sweet white grapes. What more could you ask for?

We stayed as a couple during the first week of September and were thrilled! The property is new, clean and very well cared for with marine-themed details. Breakfast on the terrace with a sea view is the perfect start to the day, with delicious sweet and savory items from a local bakery! The owners are kind and always ready to recommend where to eat and places to visit! We will definitely come back!

An authentic surprise. Cozy B&B, homely atmosphere and stunning sea view from the terrace on the top floor. Attentive hosts (Flavio, Martina, Antonio and Virginia), friendly, helpful and ready to assist us at any time. Highly recommended for a full Abruzzo holiday.

We stayed in an apartment that was fully equipped (perhaps a washing machine would make it truly complete). It was clean, with street parking that was convenient, and quiet. A short walk from the belvedere with access to the cycle-pedestrian path. A few kilometers from San Vito. The management was very courteous and attentive to guests.

The B&B opened this year in a two-story building on the D'Annunzio promontory, facing the sea, in a quiet and secluded location, yet only 3 km from the town center of Marina di San Vito. The building has been completely renovated and adapted for hospitality. The en-suite rooms are nice and comfortable, simple but stylish with great attention to colors. The terrace where breakfast is served is superb and the view is beautiful. We even had dinner there (after buying ready-made dishes in town) and the evenings were very pleasant. Breakfast is very good and generous, with drinks of your choice and fresh baked goods from the local bakery on the table (pastries, cookies, bread), plus a buffet: yogurt, fruit, cold cuts, vegetables, jams and spreadable chocolates. On the first floor there is a small kitchen available for guests, where you can use the fridge, sink, kettle and a coffee machine. The B&B hosts welcomed us kindly and informally, like old friends, which we especially appreciated. B&B recommended.

New facility opened this year. Everything is new, the place is clean; the room was made up every morning. Breakfast was very abundant. Virginia, Martina, Flavio and Antonio pampered us and made us feel at home. They accommodated every request. The view from the terrace, where breakfast is served, is very beautiful. From there you can also reach the beaches below on foot. What can I say... we had a great time. Recommended.

We stayed at this B&B and were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the owners. The property is completely renovated and very well maintained. The cleaning is done daily and is impeccable. The breakfast on the sea-view terrace was much appreciated; it was abundant and based on local products and pastries. Definitely a place to try.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect — just a short distance from one of the traditional trabocchi along the coast, which made for a beautiful walk and a great spot to watch the sunrise. The water nearby was fantastic for swimming, clear and inviting. The hosts were warm and welcoming, always happy to give tips on the area. It was a lovely, relaxed base for exploring this stretch of the Abruzzo coastline. We would definitely come back!
