The B&B In Centro in Pacentro is a comfortable and welcoming family-run bed and breakfast located in the center of the medieval village of Pacentro.
The property offers various types of rooms:
- Double/triple rooms with private en-suite bathroom

Of course we meet the needs of customers with savory products, for celiacs, vegetarians and vegans. Pacentro is a splendid medieval village in the Abruzzo region, located at an altitude of 690 meters within the Majella National Park. You will be fascinated by the characteristic views and charming alleys of the historic center. The main points of interest are the Caldora Castle, the ancient public washhouses, the imposing 16th-century Mother Church (Santa Maria Maggiore Church), and the Convent of the Minor Observant Friars. The area is rich in hiking trails: some start from the town center, others from the nearby Passo San Leonardo.

This family-owned B&B was exactly what we were hoping for. Alberto was wonderfully communicative from the day I booked months ago, to the day we left. The location is perfect, parking was easy, and the hospitality was unmatched. Breakfasts were charming and delicious and it was great to meet Alberto's mother and be spoiled with her homemade bread and cakes each morning alongside local meats and cheeses. Alberto gave us recommendations for meals in town and went the extra mile to make reservations for us as well - all of which were excellent. We will be back and would recommend In Centro B&B to anyone traveling to Abruzzo/Majella region of Italy.

I found a good quality/price ratio considering that we were 4, me and my partner with the 2 children, well accommodated in 2 rooms with necessary amenities. The hospitality of the manager and his family was excellent, providing useful tips on how to get around. The structure and place to be reviewed in a milder and more flowery season to take advantage of other features of the place. We were pleased to be your guests.

Alberto and his mother were fabulous hosts. They allowed us to check in early and accommodated my family of five perfectly. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast for us with an incredible view of the mountains. The location couldn't be better, the B&B is down the street from the cafe, bar, and a few restaurants. I look forward to future stays.

We stayed at the B&B while visiting Pacentro based on recommendations from a few family members. It was exactly as described and we were welcomed by Alberto who was always available during our stay and responded quickly to messages. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio to enjoy our breakfast. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Pacentro. If we go back, we will absolutely stay at the B&B again.

Alberto (owner) and his mother were fantastic hosts. Personable, helpful, and very kind. The public spaces in the house were absolutely beautiful— the house has been in the family for 5 generations so there are historical photos and a beautiful historic feel to the decor. And my room was beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable, and with an updated/modern bathroom. Pacentro is a magical village for a visit, and this is THE best place to stay! I’d love to return to Pacentro and I will definitely stay here again!

Pacentro is a lovely town, not to be missed! And staying at this exquisite bed & breakfast made it that much better. Our hosts were truly delightful people, with a long and interesting family history here in Pacentro. Our room was comfortable with a panoramic view of the mountains. Breakfast was extensive and delicious and we enjoyed it on the terrace overlooking the town and mountains beyond. Just a perfect setting. Thank you for a wonderful stay! What can I say. You can't ask for more. Very well-kept B&B. Old family house well renovated. Inside you live the history. Practically a very well-kept museum. Very comfortable rooms, practically nothing is missing. Breathtaking view of the mountains. What about the breakfast. Excellent with local products and homemade cakes. Served on a terrace with a dream view. Everything taken care of in the smallest details. Then there's Alberto, the owner, a kind and very attentive person. Practically an open book. Prepared on itineraries and places to visit. Don't look for anything, rely on him. Truly the number 1. Also spot-on restaurant recommendations. Thank you Alberto. A stay like few others.

Pernottato in questa struttura per una notte, Alberto il titolare, persona molto disponibile e professionale ad accoglierci e ad intattenerci per un breve racconto di come sia nata questa struttura piena di ricordi e passione nel tenere vivo ciò che i suoi avi hanno costruito nel tempo.
Durante la colazione siamo stati serviti da una signora "credo la madre di Alberto", persona molto discreta, sicuramente colta e piena di sani principi.

Un sincero ringraziamento ad Alberto e mamma che con la loro cordialità, competenza, suggerimenti, ci hanno dato modo di conoscere un Borgo splendido sito in una fantastica terra arricchita dal calore e semplicità della sua Gente. Indimenticabile la visione dal terrazzo dove si gusta una ottima colazione, poi si scende e si passeggia nel centro tra vicoli, vicoletti e piazze, un pieno di fresca acqua della Majella dalla fontana e via!

Camere pulitissime e silenziose, gestore molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche dato preziosi consigli per le visite nei dintorni.
Colazione molto ricca, con frutta fresca, yogurt e torte fatte in casa. Nella bella stagione si fa colazione sul terrazzo con ottima vista panoramica.
Pacentro è piccola, ma comunque la struttura è in centro (come si evince dal nome).

Struttura situata ne centro del paese, facile da raggiungere.
Camere molto pulite ed accoglienti. Abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di fare colazione sul terrazzino, con una vista a dir poco splendida. Alberto è un ottimo padrone di casa, ti fa sentire a tuo agio dal primo minuto.

We stayed in this lovely B&B in the centre of the charming town of Pacentro for three nights in October, I wish we could have stayed longer. The B&B is very comfortable and clean.
The hosts, Alberto and his Mother are very friendly, helpful and justifiably proud of their B&B.
The mountain view from the rooms and breakfast terrace at the rear of the property are great.
And I can't forget to mention the breakfasts prepared by Alberto's Mother which are great, plenty of variety to choose from and delicious. All in all we can highly recommend this B&B.

This special B&B is a destination in itself. Our hosts, Alberto and his mother, were warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about their town. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made with local ingredients. The view is spectacular and truly panoramic, especially from the wonderful balcony. Alberto helped us with arranging dinner reservations and sightseeing. Pristine rooms and facility, everything was exceptionally clean. We stayed in the "panoramic" room and it lived up to its name. This B&B is in a historic building with beautifully decorated interiors and a perfect location in the center. By the end of our stay, we felt that our host were our friends and we did not want to leave. I would recommend to anyone vacationing in Italy that they make time to come to this very special place. 10/10 in all categories. We will come back.

Alberto and his family made our trip a memory that we’ll never forget. First of all, Pacentro is town out of a magical storybook. I’m well traveled, and I’ll never forget this place.
Alberto responded to every email, and even came and picked us up personally from the bus stop.
He was always friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. His mom is so kind and sweet. By the way, the view from our room and breakfast area was so beautiful. I just can’t say enough about Alberto, his family and Pacentro B&B.
You’ll never forget this place! Don’t stay anywhere else. I can’t wait to go back.

Abbiamo alloggiato in un piccolo appartamento vicino a Il Palazzo (tutte le camere erano già occupate) e avevamo molto spazio per noi.
Il posto era tranquillo, la colazione era deliziosa e invitante. Il direttore è stato molto, molto dolce e cortese.

Alberto was a pleasure to deal with, the owner. Very nice facility in the center of town. Great mountain view with an outdoor patio for breakfast. A gem in an old town.

Out host Alberto was outstanding and very accommodating to every need we had. Even though we didn’t speak any Italian. He was able to communicate with us. My wife’s family lives here this place comes highly recommended !

Ottima sistemazione in centro a Pacentro con vista incredibile sulla Majella. Ordine e pulizia stanza con bagno perfetta, per non parlare della gentilezza e disponibilità di Alberto e della Signora. Un'esperienza ottima che vorremmo sicuramente rifare.

Siamo stati a Pacentro a dicembre per una sola notte. Il B&B si trova in centro, è possibile parcheggiare davanti alla struttura o al massimo a 100 mt di distanza. Il proprietario Alberto è stato molto gentile ed è stato disponibile a fornirci tutte le informazioni di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Abbiamo pernottato nella camera Majella che è molto accogliente, spaziosa, pulita e calda. Il bagno in camera è molto ampio e ristrutturato da poco. La colazione è abbondante con diversi tipi di dolci fatti in casa e si può gustare nel salone con vista sul borgo: bellissimo. D'estate si potrebbe anche usufruire di un terrazzino con vista sul centro storico molto caratteristico. Spero di tornarci presto. Come avrete ben capito il B&B è consigliatissimo (anche per il prezzo molto molto accessibile).

B&B molto bello e ben posizionato nel centro di Pacentro. Alberto, il gestore, ci ha accolti con rispetto. Ottima la colazione e niente da dire sulle camere. Tornerò in questa struttura.

Accoglienza da parte dei gestori ottima. Borgo splendido, struttura pulitissima. Colazione abbondante e varia, dolce, salato, frutta. Tutto ottimo e fresco. Struttura inserita in uno splendido paesaggio.

La struttura è molto accogliente, i proprietari (Alberto e la mamma) sono molto gentili, disponibili ed ospitali.
Io, mia moglie e mio figlio di 3 anni ci siamo sentiti subito a casa.
La colazione è fantastica: diversi dolci (torta di mele, nevole) fatti in casa dalla proprietaria, pizzette salate del forno adiacente la struttura, marmellate, yogurt, succhi di frutta e poi il salotto in cui viene servita la colazione è un posto di altri tempi. Provare per credere.

La colazione preparata in casa e fresca ogni mattina, sempre differente, è senz'altro il valore aggiunto di questa struttura a tanti B&B che si spacciano tali. L'alloggio di per sè è molto moderno, nuovo e ben arredato.
Si trova in un meraviglioso contesto, presso uno dei bellissimi borghi medioevali che l'Italia ancora conserva intatto e che quindi ti permette di fare un tuffo nel passato e respirare ancora aria pulita tra le montagne del Parco della Majella.
L'accoglienza è stata ottima e squisita, da ritornare presto per un'altro break.

The B&B is an excellent choice. The owner provided helpful information. Very good bed, clean room, breakfast with special products of the area; great view from the patio on the castel of Pacentro. Anytime again.
