It is a detached house surrounded by a 250 square meter aquatic garden, an organic vegetable garden, and many pets.
The structure is located:
- 700 meters from the University Campus;
- 800 meters from the "San Salvatore" Hospital;
- 1000 meters from the School of the Finance Guard;
- 4 kilometers from the "Villa Letizia" Clinic;
- 20 minutes from the "Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park" and the main ski resorts.
THE BED AND BREAKFAST
It consists of a 60 square meter independent apartment for maximum privacy and tranquility, consisting of a bedroom, private bathroom, and a large living room. Guests have access to a refrigerator, TV, and kitchen upon request. Ample parking available.

Even in this season, especially at night, you will enter an enchanted, surreal, and extraordinary dimension. In the months of December and January, you can admire "the Nativity Scene in the Garden."

I spent 2 days in this property with my family, I was surprised by the cleanliness and order. The garden is beautiful, the owner very courteous. Located 20 minutes by car from the Gran Sasso cable car and other small villages. Great vacation!
