Description

I am Giuseppe, in love with nature and all those little great joys (simple pleasures) that life generously offers: a walk in hopeful search of porcini mushrooms, a cheerful and thorny chestnut picking for the winter, followed by a magical cooking over the fireplace, a "zampanella" or a "pagnottella" well-filled with hot and spicy omelette while observing an eagle soaring.

With this perspective, I welcome my guests to a brand new yet ancient-flavored villa, warm and full of color. Don't worry! It's earthquake-proof, on a staggered floor, with underfloor heating and solar panels for hot water production, free Wi-Fi internet, parking, each room has its own bathroom and its own direct entrance outside.

It boasts a vibrant orange color and the rooms feature pleasant tones inspired by nature.

I accommodate you in four splendid rooms, including a triple/quadruple one. The property is enclosed in a large fenced land.

I have an agreement with a renowned restaurant-pizzeria just twenty steps away.

In our breakfasts, I also offer homemade sweets often using ancient Abruzzese recipes.

The bed and breakfast is located one kilometer from the historic center and three from the L'Aquila Est highway exit, a stone's throw away from the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park and a short distance from the ski resorts of Campo Felice and Ovindoli.

Breakfast

Breakfast is prepared and served to guests by the owner Giuseppe at the beautiful communal table with ten seats. Guests can enjoy coffee, cappuccinos, tea, and herbal infusions, accompanied by a mixed sweet breakfast.

Upon request, a savory breakfast can be provided for those with celiac disease or for vegans.

The breakfast time may vary according to the customers' needs, whenever possible.

"Giuggiolando or pampering?" The first praise goes to Mr. Giuseppe who literally puts his heart and soul into the management of the B&B, and his discreet presence is the real added value. Always generous with tips and valid suggestions, he proved to be a very helpful, affable, and attentive host from the moment of our arrival. Nice location rich in original details, with reserved parking for guests in a rather convenient position to reach the center. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms, well furnished and very clean. Breakfast with everything you could desire (we enjoyed a delicious fresh ricotta and homemade cakes) served in a beautiful and spacious kitchen or outside if the weather allows. We spent the last two days of our hospitable tour of Abruzzo, and we could not have ended it better. Highly recommended.

It was a very pleasant stay. The structure is welcoming, very clean, with a large outdoor space, useful for those like us who travel with a big dog. Giuseppe, the manager, was wonderful, not only for his availability and attention in meeting our needs, but he did much more, he helped us in a moment of difficulty with the car doing much more for us than we could have ever imagined. A heartfelt thank you again! Highly recommended for those who, in addition to the structure, also seek nice people to interact with.

Wanting to leave early to reach the Corno Grande, he made breakfast available well before the usual time. The room was spacious and quiet, equipped with everything needed. Absolutely recommended.

Gestore cordiale e disponibile. Camere belle, curate nei particolari, ben tenute e molto pulite. Colazione strepitosa (sentirsi coccolati come una spa e, contemporaneamente, semplicemente a casa). Consigliatissimo sia per visitare L'Aquila che le località limitrofe come le Grotte di Stiffe.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito nel weekend dal 10 al 13 agosto 2018. Tutto perfetto. Camera grande, fresca (e non c'è il condizionatore) e pulita. La saletta della colazione è un piccolo luogo di aggregazione con le altre persone che vengono a visitare l'Abruzzo, la mattina si è tutti assieme allo stesso tavolo dove ci si scambiano chiacchiere e risate. Giuseppe, il proprietario è davvero un bravissimo padrone di casa, ci ha dato preziosi consigli sui bellissimi luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti della zona. Simpaticissimo e molto professionale, mette passione nel suo lavoro e ama la sua terra e trasmette questo amore a chi soggiorna da lui. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di portare anche il nostro Labrador di 11 mesi. Di questa piccola vacanza porterò nel cuore il ricordo di questa splendida regione, dei luoghi che ho visto e del calore della gente che ho conosciuto.

Molto accogliente, è un ottimo posto per ricaricare le energie, anche grazie ai colori e all'arredamento unico nel suo genere. Camera fornita di ogni comfort, ho apprezzato molto il riscaldamento a pavimento. Colazione molto ricca per soddisfare qualsiasi palato (no salato). La ciliegina sulla torta è la cordialità e la disponibilità di Giuseppe pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e ad aiutarti se ne hai bisogno.
