The B&B Colle Selvotta was founded in 2007, renovated in 2012, and further renewed in 2017 to provide even greater attention and space for our customers. Our property is located in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled landscapes of the Vasto coast (Gulf of Vasto and San Salvo Marina beach) and is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and wheat fields that dominate the scenery until the blue of the sea. You can definitely spend your vacation in relaxation and tranquility, away from the chaos of the city yet easily accessible in just a few minutes by car. You will be awakened by the singing of birds and accompanied throughout the day by a gentle breeze that keeps the climate always fresh and pleasant without suffering from the summer heat. Each room is equipped with its own personal space, in addition to the common area, to fully enjoy these sensations of well-being. Particular importance is given to the cleanliness of our rooms (daily cleaning with linen change). We offer a rich breakfast served buffet-style with sweet and savory products, always prepared with care and special attention to nutritional values. Breakfast is served in our well-kept garden with a spectacular sea view. Guests can use a kettle for tea, herbal teas or coffee in the common area, which can be prepared according to their needs. Our property has a large, convenient, fenced and secure parking lot that guarantees a space for each guest. Free Wi-Fi service is available. From the Bed and Breakfast, it is easy to reach all the most suggestive destinations for a vacation in relaxation and nature, whether at the beach or in the mountains: - about 2 km from the free beach of Vasto Marina; - about 3 km from the equipped beach of San Salvo Marina; - about 5 km from the city of Vasto, through an internal road (avoiding summer traffic); - Aqualand water park in Vasto, about 10 km away; - Punta Aderci nature reserve, about 12 km away; - Termoli port for boarding the Tremiti Islands, 20 km away; - Majella National Park, 1 hour by car; - Gran Sasso d'Italia, 1 hour and 15 minutes by car (Roccaraso). All of this makes our property a strategic location to reach different destinations, and beyond those indicated, we will be happy to advise you on many other options to make your vacation tailored to your needs. By car (exit at 14 wide south continue SS 16 north towards Vasto, you will meet a roundabout, past the roundabout, about 200 meters turn left (agip / eni petrol station) and then continue towards "Buona notte" (along the road you will find a farm called "la Selvotta" do not stop there but go ahead).
at the top of the hill you will find a sign at your destar with written Selvotta bed and breakfast, follow the small road for about 200 meters on your left you will find the bed and breakfast

Great welcome and availability from the host. The hill location is very peaceful; a breezy position with a beautiful panorama; there was almost no need to use the air conditioner. The access road is very uneven, but you can still reach both the beach and the city of Vasto quickly. Highly recommended place.

Excellent B&B located in the cool of the Vastese hill and not too far from the most popular seaside locations. Comfortable room equipped with everything necessary. Fabio, the owner of the establishment, has always been more than helpful in welcoming various requests and in recommending experiences and itineraries to discover. Go there in large numbers because it is worth it, if only to savor the exquisite desserts that Fabio proudly prepares and presents to you fresh at every breakfast.

Well, what can I say, I found myself by chance in this accommodation and I must say I am pleasantly impressed by the place and by Fabio, the owner, who made us feel at home. Optimal position for tranquility and view, about 10 minutes from the center of Vasto. Well-kept and clean rooms with linen change every day, from our room we could see the sea. Excellent breakfast, highly recommended.

Hilltop structure with sea view, just a few minutes from Vasto and the beaches. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and with modern furnishings, equipped with air conditioning. The cleaning service is excellent. The manager, Fabio, is a friendly person, helpful, and always ready to provide advice on places to visit and where to eat. Breakfast is served on the outdoor patio with a spectacular view. In addition, Fabio personally prepares some of the pastries served in the morning! The structure is located on a hill a few minutes from the sea and the center of Vasto. Cozy and well-furnished rooms, a relaxing space on the terrace and a corner for herbal teas and a common fridge available as a cooler, impeccable cleanliness. We were immediately greeted by the manager, Fabio, who was very kind. The room is very well-kept and well-maintained, the furnishings are in order, daily cleaning and change every two days. The view is sublime (the sunrise is fabulous). The structure is located on the hills, a few kilometers from Vasto Marina and San Salvo, in a quiet and breezy area. Breakfast is personally prepared by Fabio and is very rich and good; the only thing is there is little salty food, but for sweet lovers it's paradise. Fabio gives advice on places to visit and where to eat, very reliable. Absolutely worth trying. We will be back.

We stayed at this B&B and it is a wonderful place to enjoy a few days of relaxation, away from the noises of the city, immersed in nature. It is located on a hill, in a strategic position: 5 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the city of Vasto. The manager is welcoming, polite, and very helpful for any need. An exquisite person. The breakfast is abundant and complete, satisfying every palate and need with a particular attention to the tastes of the little ones. The manager prepares donuts, cakes, and pies every day, also there are packaged products. Offers delicious home-made jams and fresh seasonal fruit. The structure is very beautiful and well-kept. Nice structure on the hill with sea view. Fabio is very helpful, he suggested us where to go in the evening, letting us discover 'Vasto su', as he called it. Breakfast with all packaged products, but most likely due to covid prevention measures. So all good, judgment suspended on breakfast.

Spectacular panorama and abundant and good breakfast. Before arriving, it is advisable to call the manager because the navigator makes you take a different and inconvenient road, instead with the manager's directions it is 5 minutes away from both the center and the sea. The air conditioning was missing but it was not a problem as it was not very hot. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, thank you Fabio!

In an excellent location, cool room even with the sun, international breakfast. Some serious missteps in the choice of technicians maintaining the structure. Much more serious the primitive payment request, I would say just above barter. Hence the 5 in quality/price assessment. However, it is worth staying.

We had a great time! The B&B Colle Selvotta is located on a hill with a stunning view of the sea. A well-kept garden surrounds the property. The overall atmosphere is absolutely relaxing. The breakfast is spectacular with homemade pastries by Lena, who along with Fabio takes care of every guest by recommending places to visit and places to eat where you can be sure to spend little (thanks to Fabio's advice, we ate the best pizza of our lives!). I highly recommend it because you really feel at home.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B Colle Selvotta the last week of July. We had a great time. The property is in a beautiful location, on a hill, but very close to the sea. The view is on the sea and it is spectacular. The property is well-maintained, very clean, with a large and well-kept garden. The excellent location allows easy access to the beach areas of Vasto Marina and San Salvo Marina, and also to the town of Vasto. Being on a hill allows for great silence especially at night. Your nights will be accompanied by the sound of crickets and cicadas, and in the morning you will wake up to the singing of birds. And what about the hosts Fabio and Lena, a lovely couple, very kind, very helpful, and very attentive to the guests. They will pamper you from the first day. They are always ready to have a chat and give advice on places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Thank you very much, the way you manage this property is truly a significant plus. I will spend the last words to say that Abruzzo is a wonderful land, for us it was the first time but we will definitely come back. For those who, like us, enjoy a bit of wild sea, a few kilometers away is the Punta Aderci reserve, a spectacular place, where the sea has enchanting colors, the beaches are golden sand, and behind there is a green vegetation, with walking paths that complete the magic of the place. It really deserves.

Excellent facility, very kind owner, in our case we had booked a quadruple room but due to a cancellation from other guests, they arranged us in two doubles. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The B&B Colle Selvotta is located in a strategic position on the hill with a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside and the sea. At the same time, it is close to the highway exit, the town of Vasto, and the beaches reachable in a few minutes by car. The structure is modern and functional, clean. The owners are courteous and helpful. I highly recommend it.

I spent a wonderful weekend at this enchanting place with my family. They are exceptional, welcoming, and very helpful people. Extremely clean rooms, excellent breakfast with homemade products, from cakes to jams. The place is incredible, a 360° view between mountains and sea. Perfect location to relax and explore the corners of a marvelous Abruzzo. Vasto is a city worth visiting. We will come back and it will be a reference point for our family.

Together with my partner and my little three-month-old, heading from Parma to Puglia, we decided to stop in Vasto for the night, reading the positive reviews we decided to stay in this wonderful B&B Colle Selvotta. And I must say I can confirm all the compliments read here: excellent welcome, excellent clean and comfortable room, excellent breakfast! The owners are very kind and they also gave us small attentions that, especially when you have small children, are much appreciated. To conclude, the price is also excellent! I stayed at this B&B Colle Selvotta immersed in the nature of the hills of Vasto, where you can enjoy a wide view towards the horizon, where the eyes blend between the azure of the sea and the sky and the green of the surrounding landscape. Excellent location in the middle of olive trees, relaxing, beautiful panorama and absolute tranquility. Breakfast with delicious cakes and homemade bread. The owners are very kind and ready to give you useful tips on restaurants and beaches to visit; they have prepared a small manual with paths, places to visit and suggestions on how to get there, excellent guide. Enclosed parking. There are sunbeds and a beautiful lawn if you don't want to go down to the beach. About 20 minutes away are the most beautiful beaches and 5 minutes from there the first beach if you don't want to move too much, but it's worth visiting them all (Punta Aderci, Punta Penna impossible not to go, too beautiful) and for those who love cliffs and coves San Nicola and others have plenty of choice. Also go and visit Vasto town with its panoramic terrace and narrow streets. Stop to eat at Peppe's. Have a great holiday to all.

We stayed 2 nights in July and had a great time. Fabio and all the staff were very kind. The room was clean, spacious, and with a large balcony with a breathtaking sea view. The new structure with precious complements. We had breakfast in a pleasant and comfortable common area. Everything was plentiful and good, especially the homemade cakes. The location is perfect: cool on the hill but very close to the sea. At the same time, it is equally close to the city of Vasto. We plan to return. Thanks to Fabio for his unusual kindness. A meticulously cared garden with sunbeds, deck chairs, tables for a healthy relaxation, truly an oasis of peace! Excellent management by the young Fabio and Lena always kind, courteous, smiling and helpful, very skilled in everything! And the breakfasts? A wonderful morning table, everything and more with homemade cakes, donuts, pies, delicious! I stayed only 3 days, unfortunately, but I hope to return. Excellent quality/price! I spent a very pleasant week in full relaxation in this structure, together with a group of friends. The structure is welcoming and well organized in every detail, fresh and quiet from which it is easy to reach the sea, the city of Vasto and the main communication routes. There is the possibility of practicing the "sweet doing nothing" in complete silence, admiring the landscape of the gentle hills and the distant sea, reading or sunbathing in the well-kept garden or on the large balconies of one's room. The professionalism and pleasant friendliness of the owners is excellent, with whom it is spontaneous to create an open and familiar relationship from the very first moments of the stay. Breakfast is well cared for and customizable. The type of clientele hosted is also very appreciable (at least those present during my stay). Absolutely to be recommended and to return.
