The B&B Colle Selvotta was founded in 2007, renovated in 2012, and further renewed in 2017 to provide even greater attention and space for our customers. Our property is located in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled landscapes of the Vasto coast (Gulf of Vasto and San Salvo Marina beach) and is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and wheat fields that dominate the scenery until the blue of the sea. You can definitely spend your vacation in relaxation and tranquility, away from the chaos of the city yet easily accessible in just a few minutes by car. You will be awakened by the singing of birds and accompanied throughout the day by a gentle breeze that keeps the climate always fresh and pleasant without suffering from the summer heat. Each room is equipped with its own personal space, in addition to the common area, to fully enjoy these sensations of well-being. Particular importance is given to the cleanliness of our rooms (daily cleaning with linen change). We offer a rich breakfast served buffet-style with sweet and savory products, always prepared with care and special attention to nutritional values. Breakfast is served in our well-kept garden with a spectacular sea view. Guests can use a kettle for tea, herbal teas or coffee in the common area, which can be prepared according to their needs. Our property has a large, convenient, fenced and secure parking lot that guarantees a space for each guest. Free Wi-Fi service is available. From the Bed and Breakfast, it is easy to reach all the most suggestive destinations for a vacation in relaxation and nature, whether at the beach or in the mountains: - about 2 km from the free beach of Vasto Marina; - about 3 km from the equipped beach of San Salvo Marina; - about 5 km from the city of Vasto, through an internal road (avoiding summer traffic); - Aqualand water park in Vasto, about 10 km away; - Punta Aderci nature reserve, about 12 km away; - Termoli port for boarding the Tremiti Islands, 20 km away; - Majella National Park, 1 hour by car; - Gran Sasso d'Italia, 1 hour and 15 minutes by car (Roccaraso). All of this makes our property a strategic location to reach different destinations, and beyond those indicated, we will be happy to advise you on many other options to make your vacation tailored to your needs. By car (exit at 14 wide south continue SS 16 north towards Vasto, you will meet a roundabout, past the roundabout, about 200 meters turn left (agip / eni petrol station) and then continue towards "Buona notte" (along the road you will find a farm called "la Selvotta" do not stop there but go ahead).
at the top of the hill you will find a sign at your destar with written Selvotta bed and breakfast, follow the small road for about 200 meters on your left you will find the bed and breakfast

Hilltop structure with sea view, just a few minutes from Vasto and the beaches. The rooms are well-kept, clean, and with modern furnishings, equipped with air conditioning. The cleaning service is excellent. The manager, Fabio, is a friendly person, helpful, and always ready to provide advice on places to visit and where to eat. Breakfast is served on the outdoor patio with a spectacular view. In addition, Fabio personally prepares some of the pastries served in the morning! The experience was very positive, highly recommended!

The structure is located on a hill a few minutes from the sea and the center of Vasto. Cozy and well-furnished rooms, a relaxing space on the terrace and a corner for herbal teas and a common fridge available as a cooler, impeccable cleanliness. Complete breakfast with the added bonus of homemade sweets and cookies. The owner Fabio is always kind and available to suggest the most suggestive places to visit in the surroundings and restaurants and places to have dinner. Highly recommended!

We were immediately greeted by the manager, Fabio, who was very kind. The room is very well-kept and well-maintained, the furnishings are in order, daily cleaning and change every two days. The view is sublime (the sunrise is fabulous). The structure is located on the hills, a few kilometers from Vasto Marina and San Salvo, in a quiet and breezy area. Breakfast is personally prepared by Fabio and is very rich and good; the only thing is there is little salty food, but for sweet lovers it's paradise. Fabio gives advice on places to visit and where to eat, very reliable. Absolutely worth trying. We will be back.

The room was spacious and spotless with the possibility to use the fridge located in the atrium. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts. The hillside location is very quiet, just 5 minutes from Vasto and San Salvo Marina. Fabio is very helpful in meeting every request and providing all the necessary information for a pleasant stay. We stayed at this B&B and it is a wonderful place to enjoy a few days of relaxation, away from the noises of the city, immersed in nature. It is located on a hill, in a strategic position: 5 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the city of Vasto. The manager is welcoming, polite, and very helpful for any need. An exquisite person. The breakfast is abundant and complete, satisfying every palate and need with a particular attention to the tastes of the little ones. The manager prepares donuts, cakes, and pies every day, also there are packaged products. Offers delicious home-made jams and fresh seasonal fruit. The structure is very beautiful and well-kept. The room includes a bathroom and a private terrace. Impeccable daily cleaning. Breathtaking view. We had a divine time! Thank you Fabio, we really needed it. Now we await you in Puglia.

Nice structure on the hill with sea view. Fabio is very helpful, he suggested us where to go in the evening, letting us discover 'Vasto su', as he called it. Breakfast with all packaged products, but most likely due to covid prevention measures. So all good, judgment suspended on breakfast.

Spectacular panorama and abundant and good breakfast. Before arriving, it is advisable to call the manager because the navigator makes you take a different and inconvenient road, instead with the manager's directions it is 5 minutes away from both the center and the sea. The air conditioning was missing but it was not a problem as it was not very hot. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, thank you Fabio!

In an excellent location, cool room even with the sun, international breakfast. Some serious missteps in the choice of technicians maintaining the structure. Much more serious the primitive payment request, I would say just above barter. Hence the 5 in quality/price assessment. However, it is worth staying.

Beautiful house, located on a hill in the middle of beautiful Italian countryside, you can see the sea and at the same time the countryside. It's magnificent, also surrounded by vineyards. Nice clean and comfortable room. The very friendly manager speaks a little French.

We had a great time! The B&B Colle Selvotta is located on a hill with a stunning view of the sea. A well-kept garden surrounds the property. The overall atmosphere is absolutely relaxing. The breakfast is spectacular with homemade pastries by Lena, who along with Fabio takes care of every guest by recommending places to visit and places to eat where you can be sure to spend little (thanks to Fabio's advice, we ate the best pizza of our lives!). I highly recommend it because you really feel at home.

Fantastic holiday at B&B Colle Selvotta: the structure is strategically located for visits to the towns of Vasto or Termoli, as well as for various beaches, from wide sandy ones to rocky ones, getting lost in small hidden coves with crystal clear water, also offering nearby typical restaurants where prices remain reasonable.\n\nAll details are meticulously taken care of, the rooms are very spacious with en-suite bathrooms embracing a modern design that offers every comfort to guests.\n\nThe garden is essential for relaxing after a day in the sun and getting to know the friendliness and cordiality of Fabio and Lena. Fantastic are the super abundant breakfasts with cakes made by Lena, jams, juices, yogurt. If you want to get back in shape, Fabio and Lena can give important advice.\n\nHighly recommended.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo alloggiato al B&B Colle Selvotta l'ultima settimana di luglio. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura si trova in una bellissima posizione, in collina, ma vicinissima al mare. La vista è sul mare ed è spettacolare. La struttura è ben curata, molto pulita, con un ampio giardino molto ben tenuto. L'ottima posizione permette di accedere facilmente alla zona balneare di Vasto Marina e San Salvo Marina, e anche al paese di Vasto. Il fatto che sia in collina permette di avere un gran silenzio soprattutto di notte. I vostri sonni saranno accompagnati dal suono dei grilli e delle cicale e il mattino vi sveglierete con il canto degli uccellini. Che dire poi dei gestori Fabio e Lena, una bellissima coppia, gentilissimi, molto disponibili e molto attenti ai clienti. Vi coccoleranno fin dal primo giorno. Sono sempre pronti per fare due chiacchiere e dare consigli sui posti da visitare e i ristoranti dove andare a mangiare. Grazie mille, la maniera in cui gestite questa struttura è davvero un plus di notevole rilevanza. Spendo le ultime parole per dire che l'Abruzzo è una terra meravigliosa, per noi era la prima volta ma ci torneremo senz'altro. A chi come noi piace il mare un po' selvaggio, a pochi km si trova la riserva di Punta Aderci, un posto spettacolare, dove il mare ha dei colori incantevoli le spiagge sono di sabbia dorata e alle spalle si trova una verde vegetazione, con percorsi da fare a piedi, che completa la magia del posto. Merita veramente.

A quanti è capitato di selezionare una struttura vedere delle foto stupende e al momento del tuo arrivo resti deluso? Ebbene qui tutto rispecchia la realtà e la magia del posto. Il B&B è situato in un posto strategico sulla collina con vista spettacolare sulla campagna circostante e sul mare. Allo stesso tempo è vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, al paese di Vasto ed alle spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. La struttura è moderna e funzionale, funzionale, pulita. I titolari sono cortesi e disponibili. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho passato un fine settimana in questo Posto incantevole con la famiglia. Loro sono persone eccezionali, Accoglienti, disponibilissimi. Camere pulitissime, ottima colazione con prodotti fatti in casa, dalle torte alle marmellate. Il posto incredibile, una vista a 360° C tra montagna e mare. Location perfetta per rilassarsi e per visitare gli angoli di un meraviglioso Abruzzo. Vasto una città che merita di essere visitata. Ci torneremo e sarà un punto di riferimento per la nostra famiglia.

Insieme al mio compagno e al mio piccolino di tre mesi, dirigendoci da Parma verso la Puglia, abbiamo deciso di fermarci a Vasto per passare la notte, leggendo le recensioni positive abbiamo pensato di fermarci in quasto meraviglioso B&B! E devo dire che posso confermare tutti i complimenti letti qui: ottima accoglienza, ottima stanza pulita e confortevole, ottima colazione! I titolari sono gentilissimi e ci hanno dato anche piccole attenzioni che, soprattutto quando si hanno bimbi piccoli, sono molto gradite. Per finire ottimo anche il prezzo! Fabio e Lena i gestori, sono una bella coppia che fanno il loro lavoro con grande passione! Sempre disponibili a qualsiasi nostra richiesta con il sorriso sulle labbra. Io e mio marito Bruno (chiamato Bru da Fabio) abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo le torte e i dolcetti fatti con amore da Lena e i consigli dati da Fabio (forte e gentile) su dove andare a mangiare (magnà 🍷🍽😄) dove passare le serate e in che spiaggia crogiolarsi al sole☀️. Favoloso! Peccato che abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Posto stupendo, panorama mozzafiato, camera pulita e grande la nostra era con una vista mare e terrazza molto spaziosa. Poi che dire di Fabio, gestore gentile e cortese che ci ha consigliato i posti che potevamo visitare e i ristoranti dove potevamo andare a mangiare. Un posto magico! In posizione panoramica e tranquilla, una bellissima struttura circondata da un bel giardino curato. La camera moderna, funzionale, accogliente e curata nei particolari. Un bel punto di partenza per le nostre giornate alla scoperta di questa incantevole costa d'Abruzzo con i consigli del simpaticissimo Fabio e con l'energia e le "coccole" culinarie di Lena e le sue buonissime, sanissime colazioni. Un B&B nuovo e curato nei dettagli, posizionato fuori dalla ressa estiva ma con un panorama spettacolare. Le camere sono ampie e la mia aveva uno spazio privato sul giardino da dove godersi l'aria pulita e il silenzio della collina. Fabio è un gestore attento e accogliente. Un'esperienza decisamente da consigliare e ripetere.

B&B immerso nella campagna e nella quiete assoluta, in una bellissima posizione collinare con una panoramica spettacolare sul mare e verso l'entroterra. Un luogo per il relax e per le bellezze dell'ambiente. La struttura è nuova con un certo design moderno ed accogliente. I gestori Fabio e Lena molto gentili, disponibili e sempre presenti e pronti ad aiutarti e consigliarti su itinerari e cosa visitare nelle vicinanze. Tra cielo e mare! Ho soggiornato in questo B&B immerso nella natura dei colli di Vasto dove poter godere di un'ampia vista verso l'orizzonte, dove gli occhi si confondono tra l'azzurro del mare e del cielo e il verde del paesaggio circostante. La struttura è ben dotata di servizi ed aree relax sia per adulti che bambini. La colazione preparata da Lena, è attenta al gusto e alla qualità, senza tralasciare la linea e la varietà dei cibi! Camere minimal, pulite e lineari dove anche la mente si rilassa! Che dire? Non vedo l'ora di tornare! Grazie al proprietario, Fabio, sempre disponibile con consigli e suggerimenti! A presto.

Posto spettacolare. Accoglienza e proprietari disponibilissimi e, per quanto riguarda le stanze, sono pulitissime e molto grandi. Il luogo da favola e facile da raggiungere, che dire, la colazione offerta uno spettacolo, tutto buonissimo. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

Ottima posizione in mezzo agli ulivi, riposante, bellissimo panorama e tranquillità assoluta. Colazione con torte buonissime e pane fatto in casa. I proprietari gentilissimi e pronti a darti consigli utili su ristoranti e spiagge da visitare; hanno preparato un piccolo manuale con percorsi, posti da visitare e suggerimenti di come arrivare, ottima guida. Parcheggio recintato. Ci sono lettini ed un bellissimo prato se non vuoi scendere in spiaggia. A circa 20 minuti di strada ci sono le spiagge più belle ed a 5 minuti da lì la prima spiaggia se non vuoi muoverti troppo, ma vale la pena girarle tutte (punta Aderci, Punta Penna impossibile non andare, troppo belle) e per chi ama le scogliere e le calette San Nicola ed altre c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. Andate a visitare anche Vasto paese con la sua terrazza panoramica e le sue viuzze. Fermatevi a mangiare da Peppe. Buona vacanza a tutti.

Struttura strepitosa, collocata in collina vicino al mare con vista panoramica stupenda. Camere curate in ogni dettaglio pulizia al top. I gestori dono due ragazzi cordiali e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti a luglio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Fabio e tutto lo staff sono stati gentilissimi. La camera pulita, ampia e con un grande balcone vista mare mozzafiato. La struttura nuova con complementi di pregio. Abbiamo consumato la colazione in una piacevole e confortevole area comune. Tutto era abbondante e buono, sopratutto le torte fatte in casa. La posizione è perfetta: al fresco della collina ma vicinissima al mare. Contemporaneamente è altrettanto vicina a Vasto città. Ci proponiamo di tornare. Un ringraziamento a Fabio per la non usuale cortesia. Un caro saluto a lui e a tutto lo staff.

Posto meraviglioso con panorama spettacolare sul mare e sulla città di Vasto. Fuori dal caos, sempre ventilato. Un giardino curatissimo con a disposizione lettini, sdraio, tavoli per un sano relax, davvero un oasi di pace! Ottima la gestione dei giovani Fabio e Lena sempre gentili, cortesi, sorridenti e disponibili, bravissimi in tutto! E le colazioni? Una tavola di buongiorno stupenda, di tutto e di più con torte, ciambelloni, crostate fatte in casa, una bontà! Ho soggiornato solo 3 giorni, purtroppo, ma spero di ritornare. Oltre al bel panorama già all'arrivo mi è piaciuta tutta la struttura. Poi, facendo conoscenza con i proprietari, persone affabilissime, cordiali e simpaticissime, io e mia moglie ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. Sempre pronti a indicarci posti molto belli (Punta Penna) come esempio. Stanze sempre in ordine, colazione più che abbondante, prezzi più che abbordabili. Ho trascorso una piacevolissima settimana in pieno relax in questa struttura, assieme ad un gruppo di amici. La struttura è accogliente e ben organizzata nei minimi dettagli, fresca e tranquilla da cui si può facilmente raggiungere il mare, la città di Vasto e le principali vie di comunicazione. Possibilità di praticare il “dolce far niente” nel pieno silenzio, ammirando il paesaggio delle dolci colline e del mare in lontananza, leggendo o prendendo il sole nel curatissimo giardino o negli ampi balconi della propria camera. Ottima la professionalità e piacevole affabilità dei proprietari con i quali viene spontaneo creare un rapporto aperto e familiare fin dai primi momenti del soggiorno. Colazione curata e personalizzabile. Molto apprezzabile anche il tipo di clientela ospitato (almeno quella presente durante il mio soggiorno). Assolutamente da consigliare e ritornare.

È una struttura bellissima! Vorrei abitarla tutto l'anno! La posizione collinare garantisce al B&B una clima fresco e la tranquillità che si cerca dopo aver trascorso una giornata sulla spiaggia o in giro. La colazione, arricchita da torte e frutta fresca è abbondante e accattivante. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite; in particolare, quelle con vista sulle colline e sul mare sono strepitose. È una struttura gestita con intelligenza, professionalItà, cura meticolosa e cordialità. Insomma ci si sente subito a casa propria. Una scoperta che invita a fare una sola cosa: tornare! La posizione del B&B è meravigliosa, in mezzo alla campagna in un colle vicino Vasto da cui si vede il mare, un posto veramente tranquillo. Fabio (il proprietario) è gentilissimo, sempre disposto a dare consigli sulle spiagge e sui locali dove andare a mangiare. Veramente un posto per rilassarsi.
