Our B&B is located inside a charming farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s. We offer 3 double rooms with private bathrooms. Moreover, right in front of the B&B, you will find 4 km of free beach.
Here, in addition to golden sand and clear blue sea, you will discover an untouched and protected pine forest of Abruzzo. The B&B is also able to welcome you on the beach, where we have a small storage area and we will provide you with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Our residence was established in the early 900's, where our grandparents lived a rural life of the past,
alive only in their stories or novels like Fontamara of the our Silone.
At one time this was a house inhabited by two numerous families who lived in symbiosis to overcome the many difficulties of an Italy country just emerging from war.
With the economic boom this area to became a rich land of import exports throughout all Europe of our excellent tomatoes.
from nearly twenty years the rural tradition be waned.
Today we live in a new development,
the landscape is beautiful and lends itself to new activities that our generation tries to make the most of, those linked to tourism reception.

The structure is located in an excellent position to visit the beaches or the surrounding areas. The cleanliness of the premises is excellent and the manager Davide is very helpful but at the same time not intrusive and an excellent provider of advice on the vacation. The value for money is great, breakfast is very good.

Feeling at home... the welcome is warm and the availability is total. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is abundant. The beach is quite close, and it is not negligible the possibility of taking the sunbeds and umbrella from the owner's shed, included in the room price.

We have just returned and we already miss the excellent and abundant breakfast by Davide. We stayed in the "Tramontana" room which was very cozy and clean. Towels changed every 2 days, bed sheets and bedspread changed on the fourth day, impeccable. Davide was really helpful and every day he recommended some places to visit or indicated a good restaurant for dinner. As a good host, he provides sunbeds and umbrellas on the nearby beach for some relaxation. If you have a car, Baiocco's location is very good. Definitely worth returning. Thank you Davide.

Fantastic for a free holiday, especially if experienced by bicycle. Convenient for the proximity to the sea, less convenient for the decentralized position with respect to services. The possibility of using the beach with a very appreciated support structure. The welcome and availability were excellent.

Buona struttura, un po' troppo vicina al passaggio treni infatti dormire è un po'difficoltoso dato il passaggio elevato di mezzi.
Buona la posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia, possibilità di usufruire di attrezzature mare gratuitamente.

Abbiamo trovato questo posto per caso, davide e stati gentilissimo ma come abbiamo pagato ha cambiato subito atteggiamento e non mi rispondeva neanche più.
Il fratello gentilissimo ha un chiosco sul mare con ombrelloni e sdraio... Carina la struttura, pulitissima

Non potevamo trovare di meglio: B&B molto pulito, proprietari gentilissimi, vicino al mare, colazione fantastica e varia.

Mia figlia ed io abbiamo passato due notti. Stanza molto accogliente e pulita, arredata con cura e con dettagli che rendono l'ambiente molto piacevole. È possibile raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il mare e la spiaggia privata attrezzata gratuita. Davide e la sua famiglia sono molto accoglienti e pronti ad aiutarti e a suggerirti mete interessanti da visitare nelle vicinanze. In pochi minuti di macchina si è Ortona, Chieti e l'entroterra sono comodamente e facilmente raggiungibili, così come la costa dei trabocchi.

Mi sono trovata molto bene in questa struttura, il proprietario che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e presente, la cosa più caratteristica è la spiaggia non molto distante dove il fratello gestisce un piccolo punto ristoro denominato "il gazebo" che fornisce lettini ed ombrellone gratuitamente agli ospiti del B&B.

Struttura pulita, ordinata con arredamento pressoché nuovo. I serramenti isolano adeguatamente dal punto di vista acustico (la linea ferroviaria, come in gran parte della riviera adriatica, è a 100 mt dal B&B in linea d'aria). Colazione ottima ed abbondante.
Davide (per il B&B) e Nicola (per la spiaggia) gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili.
Il tratto di spiaggia gestito da Nicola dista 500 mt dal B&B, è perfetto per chi ama avere ampi spazi a disposizione.
Da visitare i trabocchi di Fossacesia, Punta Aderci (Vasto), Lanciano e Scanno, tutti raggiungibili in auto in meno di ora. L'Aquila dista un'ora e mezza, consigliata nel fine settimana.

Ho soggiornato quattro giorni in compagnia del mio ragazzo in questo B&B.
Ci siamo trovati sin da subito in un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassata, i proprietari sono molto disponibili, la struttura è vicinissima al mare, ottimo il servizio ombrelloni e lettini compreso nel prezzo, siamo stati benissimo torneremo anche il prossimo anno.
