Description

Our B&B is located inside a charming farmhouse dating back to the early 1900s. We offer 3 double rooms with private bathrooms. Moreover, right in front of the B&B, you will find 4 km of free beach.

Here, in addition to golden sand and clear blue sea, you will discover an untouched and protected pine forest of Abruzzo. The B&B is also able to welcome you on the beach, where we have a small storage area and we will provide you with umbrellas and sunbeds.

Our residence was established in the early 900's, where our grandparents lived a rural life of the past,
alive only in their stories or novels like Fontamara of the our Silone.

At one time this was a house inhabited by two numerous families who lived in symbiosis to overcome the many difficulties of an Italy country just emerging from war.

With the economic boom this area to became a rich land of import exports throughout all Europe of our excellent tomatoes.

from nearly twenty years the rural tradition be waned.

Today we live in a new development,
the landscape is beautiful and lends itself to new activities that our generation tries to make the most of, those linked to tourism reception.

Beautiful B&B,immersed in nature with a splendid view of the sea below.The room and the bathroom are spotless and equipped with everything needed.Davide is attentive,willing to accommodate and to pamper(especially with breakfast),ready to meet requests and prepared to give useful directions.The beach is wide and sandy with the possibility of having sunbeds and umbrellas included in the booking.My family and I had a wonderful experience.We felt at home.Thanks to Davide and his family.

Beautiful B&B, a stone's throw from the sea and convenient as a base for visiting the surroundings. Davide is kind and helpful. The room and the bathroom, besides being new, are very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Breakfast is a treat, with fruit, homemade pastries and attention to different needs. To go to the town center in the evening a car is almost indispensable, as the road is dark and for long stretches lacks a sidewalk (which is not the B&B's responsibility). The beach, practically in front, is wide and sandy and there is the possibility of having sunbeds and umbrellas included in the room booking. A wonderful experience. Excellent property and highly recommended.

We stayed at B&B Baiocco and I can say that it was a truly fantastic stay! The structure is clean and well-kept in every detail, with a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast is the highlight of the stay, very well curated in the selection of products, always special and excellent, and also abundant, perfect for starting the day with energy. The place is extremely quiet and the location is ideal, both for reaching the free beach on foot (with sunbeds and umbrellas provided by the structure) and for exploring the coast and the countryside by car. The staff was kind and always available, making our stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend B&B Baiocco to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place for their vacation. Thank you Davide.

The owner is of a unique availability and sweetness. The breakfast is very rich and the location is excellent: close to the train, even though I recommend coming by car. Rooms equipped with everything necessary and very clean. Close to the sea.

The structure is located in an excellent position to visit the beaches or the surrounding areas. The cleanliness of the premises is excellent and the manager Davide is very helpful but at the same time not intrusive and an excellent provider of advice on the vacation. Feeling at home... the welcome is warm and the availability is total. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is abundant. The beach is quite close, and it is not negligible the possibility of taking the sunbeds and umbrella from the owner's shed, included in the room price.

We have just returned and we already miss the excellent and abundant breakfast by Davide. We stayed in the "Tramontana" room which was very cozy and clean. Towels changed every 2 days, bed sheets and bedspread changed on the fourth day, impeccable. Davide was really helpful and every day he recommended some places to visit or indicated a good restaurant for dinner. As a good host, he provides sunbeds and umbrellas on the nearby beach for some relaxation. If you have a car, Baiocco's location is very good. Definitely worth returning. Thank you Davide.

Fantastic for a free holiday, especially if experienced by bicycle. Convenient for the proximity to the sea, less convenient for the decentralized position with respect to services. The possibility of using the beach with a very appreciated support structure. The welcome and availability were excellent.

We stumbled upon this place by chance. Davide was very kind, but after we paid, his attitude changed immediately and he didn't even respond to us anymore. The brother, very kind, has a kiosk on the beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. Nice and very clean structure.

My daughter and I spent two nights. The room is very cozy and clean, furnished with care and with details that make the environment very pleasant. It is possible to reach the sea and the free equipped private beach in a few minutes on foot. Davide and his family are very welcoming and ready to help and suggest interesting destinations to visit in the nearby. Ortona, Chieti, and the hinterland are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, as well as the trabocchi coast.

I had a great time at this property, the owner who welcomed us was very kind and attentive, the most characteristic thing is the beach not far away where the brother manages a small refreshment point called Baiocco that provides sunbeds and umbrellas for free to the B&B guests.

Clean and tidy structure with almost new furniture. The windows adequately isolate from an acoustic point of view (the railway line, as in much of the Adriatic coast, is 100 meters from the Baiocco as the crow flies). Excellent and abundant breakfast. Davide (for the Baiocco) and Nicola (for the beach) extremely kind and helpful. The beach area managed by Nicola is 500 meters from the Baiocco, perfect for those who love to have ample space available. To visit the trabocchi of Fossacesia, Punta Aderci (Vasto), Lanciano and Scanno, all reachable by car in less than an hour. L'Aquila is an hour and a half away, recommended for the weekend.

I stayed four days with my boyfriend at this Baiocco. We immediately found ourselves in a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, the owners are very helpful, the structure is very close to the sea, excellent service with umbrellas and sunbeds included in the price, we had a great time and will come back next year.
