The B&B Casale Frezzini is located amidst the lush vegetation of a vast estate, situated on a hill with a panoramic view near Scurcola Marsicana. It is the ideal place for families, friends, and meditation groups who want to spend a pleasant stay in contact with nature without giving up the comfort of a modern and well-furnished structure.

The farmhouse, open all year round by reservation, offers its guests double and triple rooms with private bathrooms, one of which is specially equipped for people with disabilities, and a small kitchen with a microwave.

Breakfast, prepared with organic ingredients, including locally produced honey, is served in the large lounge with a fireplace or on the adjacent outdoor porch overlooking the vast garden. It is also possible to request exclusive use of the fully equipped kitchen and lounge. The property is also available for private parties and banquets, taking advantage of all the surrounding spaces. The friendliness and hospitality of Nevio, the host, complete the welcoming and family atmosphere.

The structure of the farmhouse is newly built, with spacious, bright, and well-furnished rooms. From the porch adjacent to the shaded garden, you can access the large lounge. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which is suitable for accommodating people with disabilities, and the large kitchen with a dressing room and internal bathroom that opens onto a courtyard equipped with a barbecue. The external staircase allows direct access to the first floor, where there are three more rooms and a small kitchen with a microwave.

My husband, Nevio, and I are two retirees with children and grandchildren who bring us the greatest joy. We own a country farmhouse, nestled in a green oasis, which we use as a home and a bed and breakfast, as well as for holiday rentals, private parties, and group gatherings. We enjoy interacting with people and are always willing to help solve problems, drawing upon our extensive life experience.

We are located in the heart of Marsica, in a quiet countryside area, surrounded by lush green forests and the majestic view of Monte Velino. There are numerous naturalistic itineraries for those who wish to reconnect with nature by walking through untouched mountains and valleys, as well as various routes for hikers, trekking enthusiasts, and mountain bikers.

In the surrounding area, just a few minutes away, we have the Regional Park of Sirente Velino, the natural reserves of Monti della Duchessa, with its namesake lake, and Zompo lo Schioppo, with the highest waterfall in the Apennines.

We are an excellent starting point to visit beautiful villages in Marsica such as Tagliacozzo, Celano with its impressive castle, and the archaeological site of Alba Fucens. During the winter season, with just a 25-minute drive, you can reach the ski slopes of Ovindoli and Campo Felice. Furthermore, the proximity to the highway exits for A24 and A25 allows for longer trips to discover the characteristic villages and parks of Abruzzo.

The farmhouse is located in a wonderful, peaceful wood. Very well kept, comfortable and welcoming rooms. Close to the village, convenient for reaching nearby places. The owner is a delightful and helpful person. We will definitely come back.

What can I say about this property? Excellent excellent excellent, super welcoming in the open countryside with a unique tranquility, large and always very clean rooms. Another super positive note is the owner, a kind, polite person who makes you feel at ease and super helpful in giving you directions and advice on what to do and where to go. Thank you Mr. Nevio. New facility, perfectly maintained. Surrounded by greenery, about 2 km from the village, but easy to find. Starting point for excursions to discover an area perhaps little known, but rich in history, nature, and beautiful landscapes. Also great for enjoying a bit of tranquility and silence. \nThe manager Nevio is very helpful and ready to give advice and suggestions on what to visit. \nThe room was comfortable and spacious, and above all, very clean. \nItalian breakfast, good with homemade sweets, maybe I would increase the variety of products a bit, which is however more than sufficient. \nAbsolutely recommended.

With our friends, we wanted to take a vacation in the Marsica area and stay in a farmhouse that was central to the places to visit but at the same time a quiet place surrounded by greenery. We booked at B&B Casale Frezzini which meets all these characteristics, it is also well-maintained and the premises are very clean and welcoming. Mr. Frezzini, with his friendliness, made us feel immediately at ease by telling us anecdotes and stories about the area and his family. For all this, we thank him and recommend him to all those who want to visit this area of Abruzzo.

New property in a great location, just outside the town but easy to reach. Great signage to get there. The owner is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, ready to give advice on anything. We spent a couple of really pleasant nights. The B&B Casale Frezzini is definitely worth recommending. If we were to come back to the area, we will certainly consider it.
