The accommodation can host up to four guests and is especially suitable for couples, families, or small groups who want to stay independently.
One of its most distinctive features is the large terrace of about 150 square meters, accessible directly from every room in the apartment. The outdoor area overlooks a large garden equipped with children's play equipment and offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outside, creating a pleasant space for relaxation.
Inside, there is a living area with a kitchen, TV, and ceiling fan, two air-conditioned double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a window, shower, and washing machine. The building also has an elevator, and a parking space reserved for guests is located just a few meters from the apartment, visible directly from the terrace. Upon request, a travel cot can be added for an extra charge.
The location allows for easy travel by both public transportation and car: Pescara Porta Nuova station is about 400 meters away, the central station is 2 km away, and the airport is approximately 3 km away.
