Description

The Villa Fiore Farmhouse was born in the ancient villa built at the end of the 18th century by my great-grandfather Amadio Fiore. It occupies a quiet position, immersed in the countryside, overlooking the Abruzzo hills with a splendid view of the village of Torano Nuovo and the Apennine mountains such as the Gran Sasso d'Italia.

The rooms and apartments are furnished in a classic style, with bed linen and towels.

All rooms have a private bathroom.

The apartments boast a large panoramic terrace, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom.

Possibility of extra bed on request.

The Villa Fiore Farmhouse offers, in the panoramic veranda, a buffet breakfast with homemade cakes, croissants, salty. fruit and hot drinks. The pergola with brick columns welcomes you to read.

Cared for with passion, the large garden is full of flowers, aromatic plants, fruit and olive trees, we produce extra virgin olive oil and cultivate a small vegetable garden.

For sport and free time, it has a park, a very welcoming swimming pool with a panoramic view, mountain bikes and table tennis.

In the panoramic veranda you can enjoy breakfast with a good cappuccino accompanied by fresh bread, jams, local salami, homemade cakes, cereals, fresh fruit from our garden or from nearby farmers.

The pleasantness of the light, the light morning air and the chirping of the birds will give you a good start to the day!
The cost of breakfast is €10 per person. Breakfast is included in the cost of the rooms, but not the apartments.

The Villa Fiore Farmhouse belongs to the municipality of Torano Nuovo in the province of Teramo, in the Abruzzo, at an altitude of 237m. Here the view opens between the beauty of the Apennine chain with the Gran Sasso 60km away and the Adriatic Sea 15km away. an excellent position for visiting all the beauties of Abruzzo and the nearby Marche.
Immersed in the countryside, it overlooks the hills, with a splendid view of the village of Torano Nuovo, the swimming pool and the Abruzzo mountains such as the Gran Sasso d'Italia.
Torano Nuovo and its surroundings are very popular for cycling.
The Agriturismo Villa Fiore is ideal for lovers of the sea and the mountains, cities of art and small unspoilt villages.
It is 15 km from Alba Adriatica and 20 km from San Benedetto del Tronto with their renowned beaches, 40 km from Mount Gran Sasso. Close to the main Abruzzo villages such as Civitella del Tronto, Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Rocca Calascio, Pietracamela, Pescocostanzo, 20 km from the Marche villages such as Ascoli Piceno, Grottammare, Torre di Palme, Offida.

Finally, all food and wine enthusiasts can taste the typical local products at restaurants and wineries not far from the structure.
