Description
Four comfortable rooms, as cozy as only "grandma's house" can be, in the old historic center of the town, Massa D'Albe, near Monte Velino.
The rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people.
The structure is very versatile and also offers the possibility of using the rooms according to one's needs. Being developed on two levels with independent services, the guest can indeed take advantage of a whole apartment.
On each level, the guest will have at their disposal a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms; therefore, they can choose the solution that best suits their needs.
Every type of solution will be agreed upon with the management.
A spacious and bright living room where you can enjoy breakfast and spend moments of relaxation in the enveloping tranquility of the mountains, read, work, etc.
During the summer months, breakfast can be enjoyed in the pergola adjacent to the structure.
A spacious warehouse to be used as a storage for mountain equipment, skis, bicycles, etc.

Our facility is conveniently located as it is right in the center of Abruzzo, less than 30 minutes from L'Aquila and an hour from Rome and Pescara. The Avezzano and Magliano dei Marsi highway exits (A25 highway) are just 5 minutes away from our B&B. We are approximately 15 minutes away from the Ovindoli ski resorts.

Durante il Cammino di San Tommaso, da Roma ad Ortona, ho scelto il B&B A Casa Di Nonna e devo dire che non mi aspettavo di trovare un alloggio così meravigliosamente accogliente e appagante. Con una squisita accoglienza i proprietari mi hanno accolto e mostrato il mio alloggio, con arredamenti nuovi, una cucina attrezzata a disposizione, un soggiorno grande per relax e la colazione, una magnifica camera grande con letto doppio e materassi comodissimi e un bel locale bagno con doccia. Anche un locale ext, all'interno del cortile, ad uso lavanderia aggiunge valore all'abitazione. Massa D'Albe ha una discreta estensione ma pochi negozi ed esercizi ed essendo fuori stagione turistica e non potendo acquistare alimentari, mi si prospettava una sera senza cena, ma la signora Paola mi ha risolto la situazione portandomi alcuni piatti da lei cucinati appositamente per me. Una gentilezza squisita ! Con un tavolo ben fornito di dolci e squisitezze da lei preparate, anche la colazione del mattino è stata ben apprezzata. Ottimo, poi, il rapporto qualità prezzo. Più di così non avrei potuto pretendere. Ho ripreso il mio Cammino soddisfattissimo e pieno di energie. Un grazie ai proprietari, i sig. ri Federico e Paola.

Per una bella escursione organizzata dal Cai di Viterbo sul monte velino punto di partenza ideale è masse d'alba; e soggiornare nel B&B a casa di nonna lo ha reso bellissimo! La struttura è nuova dotata di tutti i confort. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e dovendo alzarci presto la mattina per l'escursione ci hanno fatto trovare tutto pronto con un assortimento di dolci fatti in casa ottimi, caffè espresso, tè, infusi e al nostro ritorno anche la merenda. Che dire la mia prossima escursione in zona prevederà la sosta al B&B a casa di nonna! Brava Paola e la famiglia intera.
