The idea of creating a structure that adapts to the needs of all travelers was born from the children of Lucio and Giuliana, travelers for work, passion, and vocation.
The B&B At Lucio and Giuliana's House is located in a particularly quiet area of Pineto, a small but characteristic village on the Adriatic coast, a few steps from the sea and close to a small but characteristic park. The B&B offers its guests 4 elegantly furnished and welcoming rooms, comfortable and spacious with independent access, wooden floors, air conditioning, balconies, wifi, LED TV, private bathroom, hairdryer (on request), linen, and personal hygiene products.
Cleaning and tidying of the rooms are carried out every 2 days with towel change, and bed linen change is done every 7 days. Every morning we will be happy to welcome you in our living room for a sweet breakfast with fresh and homemade products.
There is a small library available where you can "borrow" all the books you want.
All guests have the opportunity to use the 4 bicycles available for pleasant walks along the wonderful Pinewood or a section of the Adriatic Cycle Path, which is undoubtedly very suggestive as it runs along a beautiful stretch of Adriatic beach.
To give everyone the opportunity to use the bicycles, we recommend a very responsible use of care and time.
Guests can safely leave their luggage in custody, we will take care of it.
The spaciousness of the house and the particular location of the rooms favor privacy and tranquility for guests.

We believe that breakfast is an important part of the B&B. In fact, the order in which the two words are listed has a purely chronological meaning (first you sleep, then you have breakfast), and not one of importance.
Both aspects have the same value and we particularly love taking care of the breakfast service, which will be served from 8:00 am to 9:30 am for the pleasure of our guests.
For lovers of the Italian breakfast, there will be freshly baked croissants every morning accompanied by milk, coffee, tea, espresso, a buffet with butter and jams, fruit juice, Nutella, muesli, yogurt, seasonal fruits, and much more, all prepared fresh.
Not to be underestimated are the locally sourced or even homemade products (when available) such as yogurt, jams, tarts, cookies.. and much more.

Truly one of the best Bed and breakfasts I have ever found. The little villa is very nice and located in a quiet area of Pineto, with easy parking. In five minutes on foot you are in the center, in a little more you reach the beach. There are no shops around but a stone's throw away there is the town hall square with supermarket, bar, and pharmacy. Rooms are well finished and clean, courteous owners and very well-equipped common areas. Excellent breakfast with homemade pastries. Possibility to use bicycles provided by the property. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended! Note: a stone's throw from the villa there is also a pedestrian overpass to reach Parco Filliani and the related adventure park.

This B&B is absolutely fantastic! The room is cozy, spacious and clean with a good bed, the house is well decorated, and there is a the beautiful garden. The location is perfect near the center of Pineto and the beach. Breakfast every morning is great with the most delicious pastries made by Giuliana. Most of all I was surprised by the friendly and helpful owners Emanuele, Martina and Giuliana. A extra experience was the very nice and special yoga lesson by Martina (in English!). I would highly recommend this B&B.

Highly recommended, we stayed 9 nights from 6th to 15th July in the orange room, furnished with simplicity and taste, with a large bathroom with bathtub and south-facing balcony and air conditioning. In addition to the exquisite kindness and courtesy as well as the willingness to recommend what to see and appreciate in the territory of Emanuele and his parents and Martina, we enjoyed and appreciated the breakfast pastries, especially those homemade accompanied by local fruit and yogurt. The large garden and bicycles available for short rides have completed our stay at this property. To this we add the beauty of the territory that we appreciated.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B nel mese di agosto. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Posizionato vicino al mare e alla pista ciclabile, in una zona tranquillissima.
Il gestore Emanuele è molto molto disponibile. Le camere sono nuove e pulitissime. L'arredamento è delizioso. La colazione ottima ed abbondante. Il centro e molti locali/ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Ci torneremo di sicuro!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa bella struttura. Il titolare Emanuele molto gentile e disponibile e lo stesso dicasi dei genitori. Luogo tranquillo, vicino al mare ed al centro del paese. Locali puliti, ordinati, arredati con gusto, a disposizione degli ospiti libri e bici. Abbiamo gustato colazioni favolose con dolci fatti in casa. Da consigliare assolutamente.

In questo B&B è come essere a casa. Gli ambienti sono accoglienti le camere pulite, curate e spaziose. La colazione ottima con dolci, frutta e succhi e il gestore disponibile e gentilissimo. La posizione è perfetta per muoversi a piedi o in bicicletta.

Il B&B è una bellissima villetta circondata da un grazioso giardino che accoglie subito con fiori e piante meravigliose. All'interno un ambiente ordinato e curato abbina lo stile di un tempo ad elementi contemporanei e di riciclo, il tutto con un gusto ottimo. La casa è una libreria "diffusa": in ogni stanza e angolo libri che suscitano la curiosità degli ospiti. Dalla scala in marmo si accede alle stanze, tutte originali e davvero curate, ognuna con i suoi colori e peculiarità. La camera arancio, nella quale ho soggiornato, ha un qualcosa in più: un bagno spazioso con una vasca molto comoda e rilassante, balcone con vista sul giardino con una meravigliosa pianta fiorita di viola. Che dire delle colazioni, prodotti ottimi e freschi, dolci, succhi, frutta, offre qualsiasi cosa possiate desiderare ed è sempre molto abbondante. I padroni di casa sono disponibili e sempre molto gentili a ogni richiesta. Inoltre è a due passi dal mare e dalla bellissima pineta che caratterizza questa zona. Mi ha lasciato la voglia di tornare.

Riassumerei la bellezza di questo B&B in un'unica parola: una perla! Arredo originale e di buon gusto, pulizia impeccabile, tranquillità, posizione centrale che consente di raggiungere con una piacevole passeggiata, sia il mare che tutti i servizi essenziali (bar, ristoranti, negozi, stazione, fermate bus), colazione abbondante e rigorosamente home made con l'impiego di materie prime di eccellente qualità. Esperienza di pace dei sensi (da ripetere quanto prima), grazie anche alla gentilezza e disponibilità dei titolari, persone squisite che mettono cuore e passione nell'accoglienza e nella gestione della propria, e anche un po' nostra, casa. Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Consiglio vivamente questo B&B durante il vostro soggiorno a Pineto. Il titolare è una persona fantastica, gentile, efficiente ad esaudire ogni richiesta che riguardi l'interno della struttura o su info generali che riguardano luoghi oppure ristoranti dove andare a mangiare con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sempre disponibile a fare due chiacchiere durante la colazione e la sera con un ottimo aperitivo offertoci.
Le camere sono molto carine e soprattutto pulite.
La posizione ottima perché vicinissimo al mare ed ad una pineta dove fare fresche passeggiate.
La colazione presenta un ottimo buffet con dolci fatti in casa, frutta, e prodotti bio. Grazie!

È una dolcezza di B&B semplice e fine allo stesso tempo molto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, disponibilità e cortesia sono all'ordine del giorno colazioni con torte superlative fatte dalla mamma di Emanuele, un mix di professionalità e familiarità. Emanuele sempre pronto a darti qualsiasi consiglio utile su Pineto, dove mangiare e zone limitrofe da visitare..praticamente coccolati!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B “A casa di Lucio e Giuliana” per tre notti ad Agosto 2015. Il B&B è comodissimo, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiungono i lidi attrezzati. L’ambiente è meraviglioso: curato nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto tranquillo. La stanza Limone confortevole, pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione buonissima e soprattutto di “qualità” con cornetti freschi e deliziose torte fatte in casa. Il proprietario, Emanuele, ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità consigliandoci anche dei ristoranti, a Pineto e dintorni, dove poter apprezzare la buonissima cucina abruzzese! Ci siamo sentiti coccolati in un’atmosfera rilassata e informale. Speriamo nuovamente di poter soggiornare nella vostra bellissima struttura.

Non sono mai stato così bene. Il posto perfetto per andare in vacanza in Abruzzo. Ogni cosa qui è "speciale", le stanze, la colazione e soprattutto l'accoglienza e la simpatia del proprietario. Ci si sente a casa, ma trattati da re.
Ho soggiornato nella Camera Arancio dove avevo un grande bagno con vasca in camera e un balcone. Ho apprezzato in particolare sia in camera che negli altri spazi della struttura molti libri messi a disposizione degli ospiti. La sera prima di ripartire il proprietario (siamo entrati molto in confidenza, veramente una bellissima persona) ci ha offerto un aperitivo con prodotti e vino fatti in casa. Poi hai il mare ad 1 minuto, la montagna a 40, altri paesi e borghi nei dintorni. La sera puoi mangiare nei ristoranti in zona benissimo (carne e pesce) a prezzi che a Milano non compri nemmeno il pane.
Non vedo l'ora di tornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato per alcuni giorni di luglio in questo splendido angolo di paradiso abruzzese. Ottimo B&B. L’ambiente è molto curato: le camere sono accoglienti, pulite e con tutti i comfort. La colazione è ricchissima con molta scelta e buona qualità. Il gestore è di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche! Veramente un posto accogliente. Assolutamente consigliato. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
