Description
The Residenza le Corti di Avesa consists of two independent bedrooms with an exclusive bathroom:
- a double room (Lori ')
- a larger double with sitting area, which can become triple, (Leon)
- a reading lounge, with the possibility of a bed
- a COMMON living area consisting of kitchen and dining / breakfast room with fireplace corner,
- a SPA room with Turkish bath and whirlpool (€ 30 per day for single rooms and included if you book the entire structure)
- a garage with internal or external parking space.
There is the possibility of renting the entire residence in its entirety: in this case the beds are 6; or you can rent a single room with the possibility of connecting the SPA room to it, in this case the common areas (reading lounge, kitchen, dining / breakfast room with fireplace corner and garage) will logically no longer be exclusive, but will be share with any guests in the other room.
The SPA room is not to be considered a common area but is always considered exclusively linked to one of the two rooms, reserving it for booking.

The residence, which does not offer an express breakfast service, will allow guests to find some basic packaged items for basic necessities, including coffee and tea. There is an agreement with a bar located 30 m from the court to buy fresh products, which on request can also be delivered to the residence.

Who we are and what we think. The welcoming spirit, the love for our territory, the attention to detail, but also the desire to know and make known, the passion for travel and for travelers and the desire to convey emotions, are just a few. of the feelings that made me and my family move towards the idea that led us to the realization of this residence.
Ludovica and I, with our three children, Giulia, Zeno and Giacomo, embarked on this adventure more than three years ago with the purchase and subsequent renovation of an old house in a typical courtyard in the historic center of the village of Avesa on the outskirts of Verona, a village in which, a few meters from the residence, we too live happily.
The challenge of undertaking this experience, absolutely far from our professional situations, (I am an osteopathic physiotherapist and Ludovica has a degree in law), is undoubtedly an adventure that is intriguing and stimulating us a lot. In the last three years, during the renovation, we have enjoyed creating solutions, choosing materials and inventing comfortable environments.
The spirit that moved us is to make the guest feel pampered in an elegant nest and to evoke the feeling of a welcoming home in the traveler, especially after having lived a busy day; this is what we have always had in mind when designing and building this home.
Now we just have to say goodbye and tell you that we can't wait to meet you and host you in our residence.

This is the third time we have stayed at this beautiful property. First of all, a commendation to Ludovica's hospitality that makes you feel like family. This ancient village on the outskirts of Verona is in a strategic position just 10 minutes from the center. Inside, every detail is taken care of, even the color of the walls creates a relaxing atmosphere. Personalized spa with jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and relaxation area with music and herbal tea. A true paradise highly recommended, thank you Ludo and Cristian, see you soon!

We stayed for 5 days at Le Corti di Avesa. We were very impressed by the welcome and hospitality of the owners Ludovica and Christian, always available to provide us with information and advice. The apartment, rich in every comfort (spa area, air conditioning, dishwasher, stereo system), is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes by car from the center of Verona. They made sure we had everything we needed for breakfasts and even aperitifs. We highly recommend this B&B for spending relaxing days and easily visiting Verona and the surroundings.
