The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and consists of:
- Master Bedroom: King Size bed (170x200) with a memory foam mattress and a Smart TV.

- Living Area: Living room with a sofa bed (french size, 120x200) and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, gas stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker).

- Bathroom: Spacious, equipped with a hairdryer and a washing machine.

- Balcony: Furnished with a table and chairs (this is the only area of the house where smoking is permitted).
