Villa Sonia House is located in a green park along the Restera of the Sile River and represents the perfect place for cycling excursions along the entire route that connects the city of Treviso to the Cavallino and Jesolo coast, passing through the municipalities of Casier, Casale sul Sile, Quarto d'Altino, and Portegrandi.

Located just 1 km from Altino, it offers the opportunity to visit the archaeological site that preserves the most important artifacts of the ancient city of the same name, which was a Venetian and Roman center of great importance, located on the northern edge of the lagoon that would later become Venice.

In the immediate vicinity is the Sile Park. The Venetian beaches can be reached in just 20 minutes, as well as the Treviso hills, where you can enjoy a gastronomic experience with a thousand flavors.

The Marco Polo airport in Tessera-Venice is only a 5-minute drive away, as is the Quarto d'Altino train station, which is only 3 km away.

Venice is easily accessible by train, public transportation, or car in 20/25 minutes. The cities of Treviso, Padua, and Verona are also easily accessible via the highway, which is about 3 km from the property.

Our rooms, all with private bathrooms, are located in an elegant environment where you will be welcomed by a familiar and relaxing atmosphere.

There is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen to meet the individual needs of each guest, with separate dishes and pots for each room; a washing machine and a dryer are available to guests.

The property is immersed in a park that offers peace and tranquility, with ample private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the area.

For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with independently adjustable air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels.

Cancellation policy (excluding non-refundable rates): You can cancel the reservation up to 5 days before check-in. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the cost of one night will be charged.

Payment conditions: The balance will be made at check-in. For non-refundable rates, advance payment is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Stay conditions: The check-in and check-out times must be agreed upon. The rooms will not be available before 4 pm, but we can store your luggage and provide you with the keys. A tourist tax is required, except for children under 10 years old and those provided by law. Bath and bed linen are provided at the beginning of the stay: additional change of bath linen, if requested, has a cost of €3.00 per person, while the change of bed linen, if requested, has a cost of €5.00. A final cleaning fee of €20.00 is required, to be paid upon arrival. Smoking and bringing pets, even small ones, are not allowed on the property, and it is not possible to accommodate other guests in the rooms/apartment.
