Corso Fogazzaro, known as the city's living room for its many shops and cafes, is just a few minutes away, while the train and bus stations are about a ten-minute walk. Nearby, there is also a discount supermarket within easy walking distance and a public parking lot with a rate of 1 euro per hour.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and shares an entrance with another unit in the same building.
