Description

The family run establishment is located on the first floor of a historic block of flats, immersed in the greenery of the property's vineyards, even while being just 3 km from Lake Garda, 2 km from Gardaland, and very close to Garda's other amusement parks (Movieland, Caneva World, Parco Natura Viva, etc.).

The establishment is made up of five rooms with unique exposed wood beams, some of which have a view of Lake Garda, and all of which are equipped with a private bathroom, air-conditioning, t. v. and a safe. It also offers a private parking lot and a vast picnic area.

Furthermore, Chesini agricultural enterprise offers a chance to taste the classic wines of the area (Bardolino Doc, Custoza Doc, etc.), paired with cold cuts and typical Venetian cheeses.

The "Trattoria al Morar" derives its name from a centuries-old Mulberry tree (circa 1820) located outside the entrance, which is commonly referred to as "Morar" in our dialect. The idea to open this restaurant was conceived in 2015 by cousins Loris and Umberto and was finally realized in 2018. Our menu offers a variety of first courses made with fresh pasta, a wide and meticulous selection of meat, cured meats, cheeses, and traditional dishes from our region. Additionally, we offer a choice of local and national wines.

Chesini agricultural enterprise was born in 1998, the fruit of Renzo's passion for the earth and the vineyards and of the quality wine he was able to make with them.

The company has even achieved a good level of success, considering that in 2007 its Bardolino DOC was awarded first prize in the provincial competition "Wine Top".

Still today, the small company continues its production of wines, totalling about 4,000 bottles per year.

Friendly and helpful owners. Strategic location due to the proximity to amusement parks (although Gardaland was a total disappointment), the lake, and other towns to visit, such as Lazise.

Clean and tidy room even if a bit small for 3. For one night it's more than fine. Very polite and friendly manager. Excellent pairing with the trattoria offering great grilled meat, where you can benefit from a 10% discount.

Even this year we chose Agriturismo Chesini for a short stay near Gardaland, an enviable location both to visit the area and to have fun at the park. The manager is friendly and attentive to every need. I stayed with my husband and my two children, 13 and 9 years old, in a large and welcoming room, renovated and clean! We were pleasantly surprised by the novelty of the trattoria, refined dishes and fair prices. In short, the weekend was successful also thanks to the attention of the managers who also indicated an alternative location for spending a different afternoon with the kids and in a relaxing atmosphere. I recommend it to those who want to find a family-friendly environment without sacrificing comfort.

What a perfect place for a good price. We were highly friendly received with a nice glass of wine and some fresh water for our children after our journey to Italy. The room was perfect and the host did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Also the breakfast every morning, outside on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view, was perfect. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay, we enjoyed it a lot and hope to come back soon.

Strategic location for Gardaland parks, 3 minutes from the park's parking lot, located on top of a hill from which, in the background, you can admire Lake Garda and also the attractions. Surrounded by a magnificent vineyard with production of excellent wine all managed by the owners themselves. Kindness, cleanliness, availability, seriousness, punctuality, and attention. It's a pity that there is still no possibility to eat something in this splendid place due to Italian bureaucracy that puts a stick in the wheels of people who are willing to do so and deserve it.

We only stayed for two days but we had a great time. We received a warm welcome, the manager is truly a good person as well as his whole family who hosted us. The rooms were spacious and lacked nothing. The house is also in a very strategic location because it is very close to Gardaland, Lake Garda, and all its parks, including the Terme. Excellent breakfast. The kids didn't want to leave because they had a great time. Next year we plan to come back again and maybe for more days. I forgot: they have an excellent wine.

New structure, a part is still under construction because it is expanding. The manager is very kind, as soon as we arrived they offered us a very good glass of rosé wine, made by him. The rooms are nice, modest, in the sense that there is just a bed, a wardrobe, a small table with a chair and a very clean bathroom. The breakfast room is close to the rooms. The only thing I would perhaps improve is the cappuccino or coffee because they are made with an automatic machine for drinks. The brioches instead are very good and fresh, made by them. On departure, we took a bottle of that very good rosé wine and the manager wanted to give it to us as a gift. A very kind gesture. The location of the structure is very convenient for those who want to go to the parks (Gardaland, Caneva, Movieland etc), or for those who want to go for a ride in Peschiera (we went there in the evening by bike, rented for free at the facility), or in the nearby villages (Lazise, Sirmione). We will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone.

I have visited many bed and breakfasts, but in terms of structure, cleanliness, friendliness, and comfort, I think I have not yet found one at these levels near Gardaland. Mr. Renzo has an excellent wine that I recommend, for those who like it, a good glass of red at the table.
