Trasimeno Holiday Home welcomes its guests to the serene Umbrian countryside, located just five kilometers from the historic center of Castiglione del Lago, in the Pucciarelli district. The location is particularly advantageous, situated at the crossroads of regions rich in history and culture, such as Siena, Perugia, and Arezzo, making it easy to plan excursions to charming villages and artistic cities. From here, iconic places like Val d’Orcia, known for its harmonious landscapes, as well as Cortona, Assisi, Bevagna, and Spello, are easily accessible, offering ideal destinations for those who wish to combine nature, art, and local traditions.

Outdoor enthusiasts will find a perfect setting for cycling tourism, with a trail that runs alongside Lake Trasimeno, forming a loop of nearly seventy kilometers, providing ever-changing views of water, reeds, and gentle hills.

The property is an authentic countryside house, partially clad in stone, divided into three different types of apartments, each with its own private entrance, ensuring privacy and independence. The interiors are set within a relaxing natural context, making it ideal for peaceful stays.

Outside, there is a well-maintained garden of about one thousand square meters, designed for fully enjoying outdoor days. We are a family with Umbrian roots, always tied to this land, rich in history and beauty. Over the years, we have sought to renew and strengthen this bond, carefully restoring a rural building located just steps from Lake Trasimeno. This project has resulted in a welcoming home, divided into three independent apartments, designed to offer our guests a place of tranquility and well-being, where they can rediscover the pleasure of simplicity and the warmth of authentic hospitality.
