Description

Rustichino Country House is the perfect place for people who loves quietness, nature, and the convenience to be well connected to the other Umbrian towns.

The latest 1800 farm-house is surrounded by 12 hectares of land, and it is been restored according to the typical Umbrian architecture.

The Country House is composed by 2 apartments (kitchen, living-room, double bedroom and bathroom) and a double bedroom with bathroom. One of the apartments is equipped for handicapped people.

Both apartments and bedroom has independent entrance and independent heating.

Wide parking, equipped playground, bowling field, barbecue and bikes are available for our guests.

The Rustichino Country House is located among the green Umbrian hills, in the town of Giano dell’Umbria, just a few kilometres from Foligno, Bevagna, Montefalco and Spoleto.

Thanks to its location, in the heart of Umbria, you can easily make a daily excursion in order to reach all the most beautiful towns.

How to reach us:
* If you come from North, take the A1 highway exit to Valdichiana, towards Perugia, then take the E45 to Rome.

After 20 kilometres exit to Ripabianca and go to Bastardo, then straight towards Spoleto.

After 4 kilometres pass over the gasoline station and immediately turn right towards Rustichino.

Drive for 300 metres and you reach the Rustichino Country House. (on your left).

* If you come from South, take the A1 freeway exit to Orte and towards Terni.

After 30 kilometers go towards Perugia (E45) and then exit to Massa Martana, go on towards Bastardo and then towards Spoleto.

After 4 kilometers pass over the gasoline-station and immediately turn right towards Rustichino.

Drive for 300 meters and you reach the Rustichino Country House (on your left).

The Agriturismo Rustichino is situated in the green Umbrian countryside and is located just a few kilometers away from Montefalco, Bevagna, Trevi, Spoleto, Spello, Foligno, Assisi, and Perugia.

Its geographical location, in the center of Umbria, allows for convenient day trips to reach all the most important tourist destinations.

From the north: it can be reached by taking the Valdichiana exit on the A1 highway towards Perugia-Deruta and exiting at Ripabianca. Then, head to Bastardo and continue towards Spoleto. After 3.5 kilometers, turn right immediately after a petrol station.

From the south: take the Orte exit on the A1 highway towards Perugia and exit at Massa Martana. Then, head to Bastardo and continue towards Spoleto. After 3.5 kilometers, turn right after a petrol station.

We came on the weekend of April 22/23, one night in a double room, as a base to visit Rasiglia on Sunday. We stopped on Saturday before in Foligno and they even comfortably let us check in at 18:30. The owners are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They welcomed us with chocolates and candies that we also found inside the room, along with water, unnecessary details but pleasing. The room is very clean, comfortable, has everything you need, of course, the bathroom has a very normal but still comfortable shower. There is also a small TV. Outside, the cat Ortis is ready to welcome you and purr. The bed & breakfast is a bit "lost" but not too much, in fact, you can reach the nearby villages in a short time. However, if you like to be immersed in greenery, in total peace and tranquility, it is certainly the right place, in fact... enjoy it a little more than we did! The breakfast was welcoming and serene, abundant with everything. Orange juice, coffee, milk, toast with jam made with their apricots, delicious! (and other things obviously), in front of a nice fireplace that cuddles. The price is not excessive either considering it's the weekend before the holiday and especially with breakfast included. If we happen to return near Foligno, we will definitely come back here! Thank you for the welcome!

Comfortable structure, excellent cleanliness and helpful and discreet manager who also offered us the convenience of using the kitchen. The farmhouse immersed in nature and in the rustic silence allowed us to relax and to easily reach the places we had to see with our means of transport. Excellent structure that we recommend.

The property is located in a charming location. Surrounded by greenery amidst wheat fields and olive groves. I felt very good and the managers are really down-to-earth people. It felt like being at home.

There are no words! The place is wonderful, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment has all the equipment to make customers feel at home. We will definitely come back. I recommend it to those looking for a quiet place surrounded by greenery.

Immersed in a landscape that conveys tranquility, the B&B Rustichino proved to be the perfect "base camp" for our mini-tour: 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Montefalco, less than an hour from Lake Trasimeno and not too far from Norcia or Assisi, in short, really a lot to see.\n\nDelicious and abundant breakfasts, the room welcoming, clean and quiet, and finally genuinely courteous and helpful hosts made the stay pleasant.

The structure is immersed in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside, very close to villages of cultural and landscape interest. The family treatment of the managers completes the profile of great serenity that the environment offers as a whole. It was a nice experience.

It was the first stay that my wife and I spent at B&B Rustichino and despite being very short, we can highly recommend it for many excellent reasons. The structure has a centuries-old charm immersed in a very sweet panorama, the interiors are brand new but with evocative antique furnishings and of historical relevance. We were impressed by the absolute cleanliness of all the environments, which deserves much more than 10! Great breakfast! A special mention deserves the courtesy of the managers, defining them as kind and helpful is an understatement. A courtesy from other times and at the same time a human warmth difficult to find. You will also be welcomed by two very cute 4-legged friends and if you have them too, they will surely make friends. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property, my wife and I, for our first wedding anniversary. The managers are extremely helpful, friendly, and discreet. The apartment is spectacular, spacious, and smelled great from the moment we opened the front door, cleanliness 10, if we could, we would give it an 11 out of 10. The lady even gifted us a bottle of local wine for our anniversary. What else to say, except that it will be our point of reference when we return to Umbria.

Exquisite stay. We were guests for just one night at this exquisite family. The owners are really kind, cute and welcoming. They put us in a position to be autonomous to enter and exit their farmhouse as if we were at home. The room was very cute, welcoming, very clean, in order. The breakfast excellent and with very good jams made by the owners themselves. The location quiet, relaxing and excellent for reaching the main historical centers around. The price requested even too low. For sure we will return soon.

We stayed at B&B Rustichino for a weekend at the end of October. Wonderful in every way: kindness, availability, discretion, cleanliness. Cozy apartment with sober elegance, equipped with everything. Very quiet location in the countryside, but strategic as a starting point to visit the beauties of Umbria. We recommend it.

I used the structure only as a place to sleep, but the courtesy and affability of the management I believe are hardly found elsewhere. Very clean environment and in the best conditions, varied and abundant breakfast, excellently presented.
