You will have access to a large organic garden, completely free of charge, and a welcome basket with breakfast and a delicious DOC wine as a gift.
Furthermore, you can enjoy our pool, with breathtaking panoramic views, and relax in your own private garden equipped with a furnished pergola and barbecue, available for every apartment. We want all our guests to enjoy our facilities, so wheelchair access is also possible and we accept pets.

Ours is a historic residence dating back to the end of the 1400s, when it was a nunnery. In fact there is a consecrated chapel.
Around the mid-1700s it became the country residence of the Goga family, while in the first half of the 1800s the last Cardinal Spinola, Ugo Pietro, who became Cardinal Legate of Perugia and Macerata, appointed by Pope Gregory XVI, bought 3000 hectares with a large villa, of which the Spinola Farm was part.
