Description
The structure consists of independent apartments and rooms all with private bathroom, is equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, shower with massage jets, TV, wireless high 10 Mbits.

We are about 800 meters from Careggi Hospital (one bus stop), only four bus stops from the central station of Santa Maria Novella (the structure is 1, 5 km from the historic center), where you can reached on foot through the pedestrian area, the major historical landmarks in the city (Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery and the Boboli Gardens, Via Tornabuoni, etc.).

The nearest bus stop to catch the public services is only 20 mt. away.

Amazing staff. The rooms are very big, and the bathroom is also huge. The property was clean, and the staff was always available to help me. I recommend this property to everyone.

This B&B is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. It can be reached by tram in 5 minutes on foot, and there are bus stops nearby. My room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom functional and convenient. Breakfast is self-service, in the common kitchen there are packaged products and various drinks in the fridge. I enjoyed my stay.

The structure is clean and welcoming. The bathroom is a bit small but the room is spacious and functional. It would be hot being an attic but with the air conditioner everything went smoothly. Access is via elevator to the private floor, there are no stairs, this can be an inconvenience but you never wait more than a minute to get out. Close to the tram, very convenient to get to the center.

Chosen through Booking for the affordable price and proximity to the event I was attending, Tuscany Dreaming then turned out to be a beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped structure, with well-divided and spacious day and night areas, a well-equipped kitchen area containing breakfast, the option to eat outside on the terrace if staying for more than a few days, towels and sheets provided. The manager is very helpful and welcoming. Only difficulty: the structure is reachable via an unpaved uphill road, not indicated by Google Maps. I will definitely consider it for visits and holidays in Tuscany, for all the reasons listed above and also because it is located in a geographical point from which tourist places can be reached. Furthermore, I will recommend it. Thank you, good morning.

The manager was very exhaustive in providing information on the most convenient public transportation and on places where to eat well; also, the flexibility on the check-out was appreciated. Honestly, the structure needs significant building interventions, as there is a constant presence of bad smells probably coming from the sewer manholes on the ground floor (near the entrance door), smells that rise through the stairwell and elevator to then invade also the upper rooms.\n\nThe B&B as such should include breakfast (even abundant, since it's the key feature), well here breakfast is not provided, there is a small kitchen where you have to prepare your own breakfast (there are products available in the kitchen). In short, only the B of the B&B remains, namely the Bed, a fact that left us quite astonished as frequent B&B visitors.\n\nWhat is also surprising is that it was even well-reviewed... hmm!\nIn conclusion, it's necessary to also review the room heating, the bathrooms are not heated unless you leave the door open.

Salve Signora, mi spiace che il soggiorno non sia stato di suo gradimento. I problemi da Lei riscontrati, non risultano da recensioni di altri clienti che Lei stessa ha notato essere positive. Durante il soggiorno, non ci sono stati fatti presente i problemi riportati, di cui siamo venuti a conoscenza solo dalla sua recensione. Se ce lo avesse detto subito, avremmo potuto fare di tutto per risolvere i problemi. Per quanto concerne la colazione, questa comprende latte, succhi, cornetti, fette biscottate, marmellate, caffè, plumcake, corn flakes. Teniamo conto anche del fatto, che la camera matrimoniale con bagno privato in camera, è costata 40 euro a notte, euro 20 a notte a persona più tasse locali. Cordiali saluti, Federico.

As far as we are concerned, we have no criticisms to make. The manager was helpful, the place is clean with a terrace and buffet breakfast. We stayed here in the first days of January and in terms of value for money, it's hard to find better. The city center is a couple of kilometers away, but the bus stops right outside the house. If we return to Florence, it will definitely be here.

Great Bed and Breakfast. The owner is friendly and available at any time. Very clean rooms equipped with every comfort (TV, hairdryer, air conditioner). The location of the property should not be underestimated: the bus stop is right in front and in the surrounding area there are restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy. Excellent value for money.

Apartment for bed and breakfast use with breakfast available in single-serving format. Improvable in some aspects, the apartment needs renovation in some small things like the tile grout on the loft, the beads on the bathroom ceiling. The shower head is rusty and water splashes everywhere. The kitchen dishes were not very clean. More attention needs to be paid. The breakfast cannot be considered abundant. I would say rather essential, nothing is missing but there is nothing more. The landlord is very nice, available both for explanations and various needs. It is not very close to the center but excellent value for money.

Ho usato questa struttura poiché consigliata da chi c'era già stato ed è risultata comodissima per le mie esigenze personali. La posizione è eccellente per chi vuol essere a Firenze con la convenienza però di essere appena fuori dal centro, che è comodamente raggiungibile in pochi minuti con l'utilizzo del bus giusto sotto l'accesso alla struttura. La struttura ha una graziosa cucinotta con annessa veranda, dove è possibile l'utilizzo completo, dalla colazione alla cena. Infine la disponibilità del signor Federico è superlativa in termini di facilitatore e supporto in genere. Sicuramente da provare.

Appartamento indipendente, confortevole e colorato, curato nel suo stile semplice ma carino. Con cucina munita perfino di moka (vitale per una napoletana come me) e zona living con divano e televisione (per un pelandrone come il mio ragazzo). Una piccola scala rende possibile l'accesso alla camera da letto e bagno, ambienti poco aerosi ma vivibili, ci si raccomanda di salire e muoversi sempre con scarpe basse e pochi pensieri nella testa, onde scontrarsi nelle travi di legno del soffitto. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, a pochi passi da: la fermata dell'autobus 23 che ti accompagna alla stazione Santa Maria Novella, il tabacchino dove si possono acquistare i biglietti giornalieri, e la Conad. Il proprietario, Federico, è garbato, disponibile e precisino (lo si vede dalle scorte). Preziosi i suoi consigli per visitare la città e scoprire i posti in cui mangiare i piatti tipici toscani senza spendere grandi cifre, se posso essere schietta come i fiorentini: un po' troppe le sue raccomandazioni.

Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario prima dell'orario di check in solito vista la nostra particolare esigenza con gentilezza e sorriso. La stanza ed il bagno privato erano lindi e profumati, equipaggiati di tutto e comodi per una famiglia che viaggia con una bimba di 4 anni. Cucina completa e vista dalla terrazza molto suggestiva. Colazione fornita in monoporzione, fette biscottate, brioche, succhi. Ottima per evitare sprechi. Parcheggio sotto casa libero e bus per Santa Maria Novella a 10mt dal portone. Dovessi ritornare a Firenze contatterei nuovamente Federico e lo consiglio vivamente.

Soluzione perfetta per chi ha degli impegni di studio o lavoro in zona Careggi/Rifredi/Dalmazia. La struttura è in una posizione favorevole, la zona molto tranquilla e servita da tutti i mezzi pubblici (a pochi passi da piazza Dalmazia). La camera è molto confortevole e pulita, dotata di bagno privato e di tutti i servizi (wifi, tv,...). In comune agli altri ospiti è disponibile la cucina con forno e frigorifero, tutto molto comodo per chi deve soggiornare per più giorni. È a disposizione anche tutto il necessario per la colazione Ma il pezzo forte di tutta la struttura è il proprietario, Federico: una persona davvero gentile e disponibile, direi quasi fuori dal comune! In lui ho trovato una persona sincera e leale, un riferimento per qualsiasi necessità e informazione. Posso dare il massimo dei voti su ogni aspetto.

L'appartamento è freddo, maleodorante e posizionato in zona trafficata e rumorosa. Sono presenti termoconvettori che non lasciano tregua: o freddo polare o caldo tropicale. Non lo consiglierei.

Buonasera e grazie dell'attenzione che ha riservato alla mia struttura e i diversi pareri degli ospiti sono sempre utili e graditi. Per quanto concerne le sue osservazioni tengo a precisare che: - tutti i locali (cucina compresa) sono dotati di sistema di condizionamento aria calda e fresca per l'estate. Nei condizionatori, proprio per garantire il massimo comfort, è regolabile la temperatura massima e minima. Inoltre io, abitando anche nello stesso stabile, sono sempre presente e disponibile per eventuali spiegazioni sull'utilizzo degli stessi. -L'edificio si trova nei pressi dell'Ospedale di Careggi; zona altamente abitata e per questo fornita di tutti i servizi di trasporto (bus da e per Careggi, da e per l'Aeroporto) che in particolari momenti della giornata possono appesantire il traffico. Facciamo presente che gli infissi (finestre) sono tutti a doppio vetro proprio per attutire il rumore; nel caso specifico ben tre vetri. -Il cattivo odore è probabile che possa essere derivato dall'utilizzo della cucina sottostante la camera, cucina che però è provvista di una finestra ampia. -Nei giorni del suo soggiorno è stata emessa ricevuta. Qualora non fosse in suo possesso ne può chiederne copia; le sarà inviata il prima possibile anche a mezzo postale. Cordiali saluti.

Indiscutibilmente la migliore scelta che tu possa fare per dormire a Firenze, la camera è magnifica, la pulizia il top, la cucina è super fornita e super funzionale (tranne per il gradino che a volte ha cercato di compromettere la mia incolumità). Il proprietario come tutto il resto è stato iper mega extra cortese e disponibile. Non posso che dare il massimo dei voti anche se a mio parere è poco. Se arrivate in macchina troverete migliaia di posti dove lasciarla (anche gratuitamente), davanti all'entrata c'è la fermata del magico 23, l'autobus che ti porterà ovunque, io e la mia ragazza lo abbiamo trovato in qualsiasi parte della città! Scegliete Tuscany Dreaming, non ve ne pentirete!

Siamo state qui per una sola notte. L'appartamento è molto carino, sono stati sfruttati tutti gli spazi in modo intelligente. Ottima cosa il fatto che si possa cucinare. La cucina è attrezzata con l'essenziale per quanto riguarda la colazione (latte e cornetti confezionati). La posizione non è vicinissima al centro ma è comunque ben collegata. Ottima scelta se si è in famiglia e si ha bisogno di cucinare. Gentilissimo il gestore Federico. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento al terzo piano, arredato in stile moderno, con cucina e divano. C'è il necessario per cucinare: sale, olio, spezie, piatti, posate, bicchieri, scolapasta, pentole, caffettiera; e anche per la colazione: brioche, fette biscottate, marmellata, latte, caffè, the, succhi di frutta e limone. la camera da letto è mansardata, tutto veramente bello! il proprietario super cordiale, e a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa! Fermata dell'autobus comodissima, a 7 minuti dalla stazione e 10/15 per il centro. Ci ritorno sicuramente!

B&B molto carino ed accogliente. Dotato di Wi-Fi, tv e tutti i comfort. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un piccolo supermercato dove servirsi eventualmente per pranzare o cenare. Gestore molto disponibile e cordiale. Peccato non sia vicinissimo al centro (circa 30 min. a piedi). Colazione con l'indispensabile: latte, the, caffè, fette biscottate, succhi, marmellate, brioches.

Ho soggiornato pochi giorni fa al Tuscany e mi sono trovato benissimo. Posto a circa 10 minuti di pullman dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, è un confortevolissimo B&B con un proprietario disponibile e cordiale. Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento singolo composto da salone-sala da pranzo con cucina, camera da letto e bagno su soppalco. La fermata del pullman, per chi non è automunito è proprio sotto la struttura. Consiglio di andarci. Prezzo modico e ottima qualità.

Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente elevato. Il B&B è praticamente un appartamento con cucina, camera da letto e bagno privati, vengono inoltre forniti tutti gli alimenti necessari per fare colazione e quelli di base per pranzo e cena. La posizione è ottima in una tranquilla zona residenziale in quanto con 5 min di autobus si raggiunge il centro o anche in 15 min a piedi volendo. Il gestore Federico è simpaticissimo e vi farà da Cicerone su come destreggiarvi e cosa non perdervi nella splendida Firenze. Assolutamente consigliato davvero.

Ho soggiornato per due notti in questo B&B. Il titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. Comprende molti benefici, a partire dalla cucina al bagno in camera. La posizione non è centralissima, ma con la corriera sotto casa si arriva in 10 minuti alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e in 5 all'ospedale Careggi. Consiglio a chi cerca una sistemazione confortevole, autonoma e pulita.

Il Sig. Federico gestore della struttura è di una eccezionale cortesia, la struttura è molto bella e pulita con cucina attrezzata per poter cucinare in tutta autonomia, il market per fare la spesa è dietro l'angolo e di fronte al B&B c'è la fermata del 23A che in 5 minuti vi porta alla stazione SMN da dove si può visitare il centro di Firenze. Se ritorno a Firenze sarà il mio punto di riferimento Grazie ancora al Sig. Federico.

B&B ottimo, confortevole.indimenticabile! Disponibilità e cordialità massima, perfetto per un week-end da trascorrere in una delle città più belle d'Italia. È molto facile da raggiungere con i mezzi ma anche a piedi non bisogna fare molta strada. Le stanze sono molto accoglienti e pulite, non manca niente per rilassarsi e godersi la città. Voto? 10/10. Ci ritornerei sicuramente! P. s. Per godersi fino in fondo le bellezze di Firenze è consigliata la "Firenze Card"!

Appartamento veramente bello! Nuovo, pulito, ordinato e curato nei dettagli! La posizione non è centralissima ma il centro di Firenze è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi e comunque la fermata dell'autobus è praticamente a due passi. Il gestore è giovane, gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

L'appartamento è in posizione comoda anche per chi, a differenza nostra, non abbia bisogno di quella posizione: Fermata del bus sotto casa, silenzioso, pulito e accogliente. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Veramente da consigliare.
