La Nassa | Three-Room Holiday Home in Capoliveri, Elba Island
An independent holiday home arranged over three floors, just 90 metres from the village’s main square.

Important information before booking
• The room on the first floor is a passageway: you must walk through it to reach the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.

• Both bedrooms have portable air conditioning units.

• The house is not suitable for children under 7–8 years old.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Ideal for a couple with up to two children. The house sleeps four in two double beds.

• Crockery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils are provided.

• Towels are provided for each guest: one bidet towel, one hand towel and one bath towel.

• Bed linen and pillowcases are not provided.

Stays and check-in times
• Weekly rentals only, for full weeks: Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

• Special discounts are available for consecutive stays of two or three weeks.

• Check-in: 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

• Check-out: by 10:00 am.

• You can drive up to the house to unload your luggage.

The house, floor by floor
Ground floor
Entrance, living room with dining table and TV, ceiling fan with light, and a kitchenette with a window. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine and coffee machine. There is also a small bathroom with a washbasin, toilet with handheld bidet spray and extractor fan. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor.

First floor
Double sofa bed with a 160 cm memory-foam mattress, built-in bookcase, display cabinet, two windows and a porthole-style vent. The room has a portable air conditioning unit. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the second floor.

Second floor
Bedroom with a double bed and 160 cm memory-foam mattress, two large wardrobes—one with drawers—bedside table, two windows and two porthole-style vents. The room has a portable air conditioning unit and an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower.
