Your dogs are welcome but always notify them of their presence as some rooms are reserved for allergic guests.

Relaxing and pleasant structure 20 km from the sea, 10 minutes from the center of Massa Marittima and close to many villages to visit in the surroundings. Extremely clean rooms and a comfortable pool. Pet friendly, and that's not little!!! I will definitely come back.

It's true that the structure is very dated. The manager communicated that the rooms have not been renovated, but in this ad where I booked, there are no photos. The rooms are really old-fashioned, some even with carpet. However, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. The exteriors were poorly maintained.

We stayed as a couple with our dog in the 'Salvia' double room, an unrenovated but affordable room. The breakfast is good and offers a choice between sweet and savory (croissants, cakes, cereals, jams, Nutella, bread, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs). The room cleaning is accurate and the staff is kind. The owners are very helpful; as there is no restaurant service, they allowed us to eat take-out food at the outdoor tables. Massa Marittima is in a convenient location to visit various cities (we visited Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, which are about an hour and a half away). I recommend, for those with dogs, to visit the Bau Beach (free beach) in Castiglione della Pescaia (also the medieval village is stunning).

The facility is located in a strategic area for the sea or visits to art cities and villages. Very well managed by Simona and Paolo, always available. If you are looking for a quiet place, I feel to suggest it.

Very nice structure, close to the center of Massa Marittima and 20 minutes from Follonica. Ideal if you want to visit the area a bit. We had a great time, excellent breakfast and the pool in the middle of the greenery is very beautiful, only downside is the internet connection that needs to be improved because it didn't work well in the room, also the cell phone (but this is general in the area) doesn't get good reception. However, I give a high rating because everything was perfect.
