Description
We have an 80 sqm apartment located on Via del Mare, just a short distance from the sea. The apartment consists of two rooms (a living room-kitchen and a bedroom-bathroom), with 2 beds and a sofa bed (2) available. We also have a 2. 5 room apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people. A 3 room attic apartment is available with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, accommodating up to 3 people with an additional sofa bed (2), but there are no outdoor spaces. We accept pets for an additional fee of €8 per day. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning. We charge €1 per person per night for a maximum of 20 nights for city tax. There is also a €50 final cleaning fee. Our monthly rates are as follows: €1000 for June, €1500 for July, €2400 for August, and €4000 for the season.

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 20 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

I stayed with my family in the apartment in Castiglioncello, not very close to the sea but in a very quiet pine forest area, however, we had the keys to a private parking lot on Via Aurelia, which was very convenient. Mrs. Annamaria is very precise and helpful, I was able to bring my dog with me (paying a small extra fee) and I could use the holiday bonus! I really hope to have the opportunity to return!

Superficial cleaning, the tub was unusable and there was little privacy due to the connecting door. Besides that, everything ok.

Apartment with spacious and bright rooms. Clean and with everything you need. Excellent location just a short walk from the sea and the center. Very useful the parking space given the difficulty of parking in that area.

Innanzitutto sono soddisfatta per aver potuto utilizzare il bonus vacanza (non tutte le strutture lo accettano) e quindi ringrazio per la disponibilità datami. L'appartamento è in una zona molto comoda e vicino a mare, supermercato, tabaccheria, molteplici ristoranti, stazione ecc. L'alloggio era con balcone, bagno, cucina e camera da letto, abbastanza confortevole ma in alcuni punti non pulitissimo. Il muro che separa i due appartamenti è di cartongesso e quindi si sentiva qualsiasi cosa della famiglia alloggiata nell'altro appartamento. Letto comodo (bisogna portarsi lenzuola e asciugamani). Presente condizionatore.

Personalmente mi sono trovata molto bene. È stato come essere a casa e respirare una buona atmosfera. Le persone sono state di una disponibilità e simpatia rara. La struttura si trova in un punto che permette facili spostamenti in auto per ogni luogo dove si trovano maggiori intrattenimenti e locali e comunque è vicinissima alle spiagge bianche che caratterizzano proprio il paese. Inoltre è possibile usufruire del balcone per consumare pasti d'asporto che può essere utile.
