"Rafu" (Raffaele) & Barbara are a husband-and-wife couple from elsewhere in Italy. After years of visiting Viareggio on our holidays, falling in love with her Carnevale celebrations in winter and her summer nightlife, of making friends here who showed us different facets of the city, we took a bold step and moved here for good. Viareggio has adopted us… now, our chance has come to host, advise, show other people around, and do it our way of course.

"Coccodrillo Fiorito" is located in a central spot within walking distance to almost everywhere in town. Just 200 metres from the railway station, on a street that leads straight to Piazza Mazzini: that is, to the seafront and beaches (800 metres), the high street and the entrance gate to the Carnevale parades (in February). We are on a mostly residential block, but the next street is a commercial one with several restaurants, shops and convenience stores, and the market square is just 3 blocks away.
