Access to the property is through a private parking area with an electric gate. The entrance to the house features a spacious veranda furnished with a table and a sofa, perfect for unwinding during summer evenings with family and friends.
The cozy interiors consist of two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a TV and a sofa bed. Just a short distance from the house, a laundry room with a washing machine and a fast charging station for electric cars adds extra convenience. There is also an outdoor bathroom and shower, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
The completely fenced garden is pet-friendly and includes a barbecue area with a sink and a large table shaded by a wisteria. Guests can pick and enjoy fresh fruits from the trees, such as grapes, apricots, figs, and persimmons.
