The Casa dell’Ulivo Antico welcomes its guests in a spacious and comfortable setting, just a short walk from the center of Viareggio and its beaches. The main house, located on the ground floor, features a modern air conditioning system with sensors and a wind-free function. The interior areas include a large living room with UHD TV and two sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a pantry, two double bedrooms that can be arranged as twin beds, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Inside the courtyard, there is a guesthouse with a loggia, perfect for additional guests or those seeking more privacy. It includes a kitchen with a fireplace, a spacious double bedroom that can also be configured, and a bathroom with a shower.

The garden, complete with a sun terrace, is adorned with an ancient olive tree and is equipped with sofas, sun loungers, and a table ideal for outdoor dining and meals. Upon request, a high chair and a crib for small children are available.

The property is situated in a quiet area, conveniently close to essential services: just a 10-minute walk from the promenade and the beach, 5 minutes from the pine forest with playgrounds and tennis courts, as well as the supermarket and train station, making it an excellent base for exploring Tuscany's art cities. The market and pedestrian zone can also be reached in just a few minutes.
