Description

Our B&B is located in a newly renovated apartment inside a historic house from the 1500s.

The recent works have been carried out while preserving the historical elements of the house as they were.

From the large stone arch in the breakfast room, to the marble columns leading to the lake room, to the wooden beams that we patiently brought back from the ceiling.

On the ground floor, there is the breakfast room: warm and welcoming with a small kitchen corner.

Upstairs, besides accessing the rooms, you can go out onto the terrace to admire the lake.

For those who want to relax in the open air, a lovely garden surrounded by greenery awaits you at the back of the house.

The stay was very pleasant, the hosts were very kind, they picked me up at the station and also took me back at the end of the stay. They explained to me how to use the 'pass' to have many benefits. In short, they were very hospitable and I can recommend it.

Leaving this property after a week's stay was tough! We were treated divinely. Ivan and Margherita are extremely kind and attentive to any request. The environment is clean, recently renovated, and above all in a quiet and panoramic location. Excellent breakfast. Keep it up and you will surely have satisfaction and success! If we are in that area, we will definitely come to visit you!

Stay for two people for six nights at the end of June 2024. Great and fast communication from the first contacts (to deepen and define practical aspects). Margherita and Ivan welcomed us immediately with professionalism and enthusiasm and then advising and "pampering" us throughout the stay, also fulfilling the most special requests (breakfasts, bike accommodation, activity tips). Cleanliness and care of the environments and abundance of products, also very fresh, for breakfasts. Garden in order and well-kept, strategic to cool off at the end of the day. Rooms and environments recently renovated, modern while respecting the traditional style in the context of a historic building that maintains its own characteristics and reveals in the details cleverly enhanced by the modernization the charm of the time. "High" position in the village, but still close to all services; the "feared" climb back home - a few tens of meters - turned out to be less demanding than expected and definitely manageable both on foot and by bike, even at the end of the day. Excellent choice of accommodation, with a cool room - of the three available - connected to the garden.
